Great condo!

Wonderful location and property. We were able to control the HVAC which was wonderful. Comfy king sized bed. Kitchen was a little small but space has a great view.

Wonderful condo at the Summit

This condo was even better than advertised! There was an extra half-bath not included in the description that we found quite handy! Everything was spotless and comfortable, the beach view was gorgeous, and all amenities were as described. It was quiet and convenient in every way. Highly recommend this place and this unit!

Nice trip

Condo was nice with everything we needed. Its great being able to take the stairs from the 3rd floor if you want to. It was actually a nice family environment surprisingly with it being spring break. The lady working the office during the day was so helpful and sweet!

We hope to return

This property is well maintained and has everything you would ever need. My husband and I stayed for the month of February and we hope to return for many years to come. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for cooking/baking. The Condo was very clean and the Location is ideal. The property manager was very attentive and relied immediately if we contacted her for anything!

Great location. Nice place .loved access to pool and beach. Ran out of hot water Negative, smell that we couldnt get rid of when youvwalked in the door. Used plug ins , candles etc. Besides that lovedvthe place Ran out of hot water

Wonderful stay at Summit 318. Condo was beautiful. Fully equipped with glassware, cookware and small appliances Great 3 rd floor location made it easy for trips up the stairs to room. Would definitely recommend and look forward to our next trip

Nice condo

Very clean unit . Great location . Nice to be close to the elevators and the third floor gives an awesome view of the beach. Loved the heated pool. Nice to have a Tiki- Bar and also Bikini - Bob’s on site for food and drinks without leaving the condo.

Easy access

This truly was the perfect place for my mom who is paralyzed and her 84 year old friend and I to stay. It was so joyful and wonderful. Everything is easily accessible. We were able to get to the beach without any fuss. People were kind.

Awesome

Place was clean, well decorated, great view of pool and ocean. Unit was on third floor which was great and near elevator. Beach was close to condo , not a lot of walking. Plenty of parking. The bedroom was down hall from living room as I liked because my husband watches TV late and is loud as he can’t hear well !! It was also close to all our favorite restaurants. Will definitely rent again.

Location, location, location!

You cannot get anymore perfectly positioned than third row center! It was perfect, just high enough to enjoy the visual of the ocean waves, and even more important the visual of 2 teenage boy crazed girls, and not so high that it wasnt a comfortable easy flight of stairs (for even the out of shape to handle :)) I loved that there was no need to wait on elevators. The condo was just perfect, and exactly as described. Communication was so easy and the owner so responsive when we had a question. This was a first trip back to PCB in several years. The girls loved parasailing, banana boat rides, and walking to Panama Willys for lunches. We so appreciate you sharing your home with us.

TV was problematic i.e. ROKU was undependable.Outside & common areas were dirty and in bad condition. Neighborhood is poor quality. Individual condo unit was pretty good and clean. Will not be returning.

Great Location, View and Short walk to Beach, Great Pools

The outside of the building is a little dated and could use some refurbishing. The facility is really clean though. One of the center elevators stayed out of service during our four day stay and for a brief time both of the center elevators were out of service. There are other elevators at the end of the building that could be utilized. This was not a huge problem since this unit was on the third floor. The bathroom arrangement was fine for my sister and I but for a larger group might be a little inconvenient. Overall we WOULD stay again. The biggest plus was the great view and convenience to the pools and beach from our condo.

The property and everything around was absolutely amazing and BEAUTIFUL! The people there are so friendly and kind..most are..The only complaints I would have to have, Is the hot tubs did not work because of leaks. Was really looking forward to that.. Also win the Lyft driver dropped us off from airport, The security yelled at him for pulling over in the fire zone.. There was construction going on in front of the pulling so it was purely accident. And we would have only been there like a minute.. The tiki bar was only open one time while we were there during our stay.. The little convenience store thingy, Was very high priced. We bought a few items to play in the ocean with.. We walked to the end of the block and saw the same items for $12 cheaper! And the lady that worked there was a little rude.. But overall, I still think it was a five star and definitely will be back in May! Thank you for a great place to stay!

Nice Place

We had stayed at this condo complex before, but not through an individual private unit. This unit was clean, updated, and the property manager responded quickly when needed. We needed to contact the property manager twice - but not for anything urgent. We needed the key code to the beach gate which had recently been updated from the code provided in the check-in instructions sent. We also had to contact her because the wifi connection was interrupted and the TV would not work without wifi since it is a smart TV. She called for assistance and someone was at our door to fix it within 5 minutes. The condo setting is nice with a washer/dryer in the room and a full kitchen. This allowed us to prepare some meals at "home" vs. having to go out to eat. The only downfall was we stayed during "off-season," so the amenities were not open such as the tiki bar, the snack shop, or the food shack. In addition, the pools and hottub closed 30 minutes before sunset - which was 4:45 pm at the end of December. We ended up having to meet up with our friends at their hotel bar that was open and pool which was open until midnight. If I would have known the pools closed so early, we would have stayed somewhere different as we were traveling with 3 children who were looking forward to swimming. It is a great place to stay and we will definitely stay again, however I would recommend looking into what amenities are available during the time you are staying if that is important to you.
