Amazing location, outstanding views and clean well maintained condo

We absolutely hit the jackpot with this ground level condo. I was nervous about selecting ground level but worked out fantastic. The check in process was easy and clear, the condo was updated with a few minor repairs needed in the bathroom but overall clean and comfortable. The views were out of this world and the condo complex was very well maintained, secure and easy to get around with our access badges. Linda on the security team was super friendly And helped us out throughout the stay. She was kind and offered up some suggestions. Amber from the property management was kind and checked in throughout the week with helpful updates for garbage days and checkout We will book again. Outstanding week in paradise as we celebrated our 15 year wedding anniversary !

Location of condo is nestled away from crowds of the ever popular Rosemary Beach. Location is ideal as there are shops and restaurants a block away. Beach access is easy (steps and ramp). The condo is upscale, beds most comfortable, kitchen utensils are ample. We appreciate that the place is always uber-clean and scent-free. Just relax, enjoy the view, and listen to the waves.

Right down the street (so close, walkable with little kids) to the Rosemary restaurants, and walkable to Alys beach restaurants. Beach is right outside the back door, and pool is right outside the front door. Crabby Steve’s Beach restaurant right there is super convenient. The pool is wonderful. Everything was convenient and perfect esp if you have little kids. The property folks made everything simple and always there to answer any questions. The property itself was clean and very nice. This was our third family trip to the area and we all agreed this was by far our favorite. Truly a wonderful experience.

Great location!

Overall stay was great. Nice condo with great beach access and short walk to Rosemary. The hot water heater would not accommodate 4 showers. The water was ice cold after one shower daily. They were responsive when we made them aware of the issue, however, after two visits from maintenance, the water was still cold after one shower. We were told to spread the showers apart and not use the dishwasher or wash clothes near the showering times. We did not use the dishwasher or washer until everyone had showered and still had cold showers everyday for 7 days in a row. Replace this tank heater with tankless and problem solved. Without the water issue it’s 5 stars for location and cleanliness. Property manager was also very helpful.

Mid May Beach Trip

The management company was very responsive and helpful. The master shower head had to be replaced. The extra blanket in the master was dirty. The closet door in one bedroom came off the track and the track had to be replaced. The TV remotes are all different and no instructions were available for use. The family room remote is very complicated. The dishwasher worked sporadically. One of the bikes provided was in bad shape. It appears the renter is responsible for discovering issues. They get handled but cause an inconvenience. My son even arrived in the middle of the night and we discovered we were given a gate code that did not work.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 11e is my favorite condo to rent for the week. This is probably the third time we have stayed in this unit. We’ve stayed in at least 6 others. The unit is clean, plenty of linens, extra supplies available to make life easy, and the view is amazing. The check in process and the communication were excellent. The only complaint that we had was in regards to one particular security guard. David was an absolute power hungry idiot. The armband thing is not new to us, but they were not adjustable for size. When our family walked across the street for dinner after showers, only one person remembered to put the band back on. Thinking that as long as they had a band to open the gate, we could get back in, we went to dinner. David denied entry to everyone except the arm band person. I offered to show my drivers license and rental agreement. He refused, we had our friend in another unit get her car and we crammed in the back seat to get in that way. We weren’t sneaking, just simply trying to get inside the gate. He stopped the car and made us get out. The ridiculousness was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. We spent over an hour locked out, contacted management, which was kind and receptive. Ultimately we sent one person to the unit to dig for arm bands, but a little common sense could have prevented a major ordeal. Not sure that David should be working in this environment.

The condo is beautiful in every way (decor, views, etc.).
