  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Such a beautiful condo that was clean and had lots of extras like beach chairs to take to the water!

It was a wonderful week and amazing views. Clean beach, tower two pool was close, but plenty of pools at tower one to use.

Place was wonderful! Right on the beach! Hosts and Contacts were awesome.

Super smooth. Hosts were always available. Place was super clean and comfortable. Location was right on the beach and close to shops. Will definitely be trying to rent this place again for future visits.

Family Beach Vacation 2024

This property was perfect for our family. Check in was so easy. It was as described and very clean. It had everything we needed to enjoy our time at the beach (chairs, tents, umbrellas, etc). Highly recommend this property to anyone.

Great!

This is an annual trip for us and we love Majestic, great location. The condo was clean and well stocked, loved they have tents, umbrellas and chairs for guest to use saves all that extra packing. Communication with owners was great, fast responses and very helpful. Having to pay extra for parking was a bummer not gonna lie as some rentals include the owners space but it is still onsite and super easy.

Very nice condo

We had a great family getaway and loved the condo. The cleaning person was in contact with me before our arrival and answered many questions. They were very flexible on check in and out accommodations. Recommend for guests - be sure and get your parking approved and paid for in advance. I missed that step but we figured it out quickly when we arrived. The property manager was very Courteous. We would stay here again.

Wonderful week

My family of 6 stayed in this unit for a week. There was plenty of room for everyone. The beds are super comfy and the owners have EVERYTHING you need plus more! The extra ice maker and beach chairs were a huge bonus. One of the first things I noticed when we walked in was how clean the entire condo was. The location is wonderful and the unit is just steps from the elevator and beach. Vanessa was always quick to respond with any questions I had and Melinda was very nice too. We look forward to staying in this unit again in the future!

This condo really does have it all. The built in ice maker was wonderful . The master was so big and had a nice area to do your makeup. The master bathroom was very large with a large tub and nice size shower . Water pressure was nice . The condo owners keep beach chairs and umbrella in the back room closet (so nice ) laundry room has googles and pool toys. Had coolers for the beach in the kitchen closet . The lady who cleaned the condo was beyond nice ,very hepful . I was overly impressed with the condo . I will be back next year .

Beach stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect space for us and offered everything we needed for beach days. The ice maker was a plus and was used often! Our views were perfect and we were fortunate enough to see dolphins on our check out morning. If you have elevator anxiety as we do the parking garage elevators are sketchy and someone mentioned getting stuck in one. We took stairs for the parking garage but that was just our choice. We also had an issue at check in with our door not locking and then not being able to get back in. These issues were both immediately addressed by the host so only a minor inconvenience. This is truly the only reason I did not give all categories 5 stars. I would not hesitate to book again. A fun, safe, clean and easy access to the beach stay. 💕

Perfect getaway! Great views!

Very clean! Check in was a breeze. We had 2 adults and 4 teenagers and the space was perfect for us. I contacted the owner before arriving and he quickly answered my questions. There were some beach toys, a chair, and the best part...a WAGON!! Oh how I loved this wagon!!! We carried our groceries for the week up in the wagon and took all things needed for the beach down in the wagon everyday! We've already discussed coming back every summer. I also think the 7th floor was perfect! Just up far enough to have an amazing view and not so far up that the people on the beach looked like ants :) The elevators were super fast. We only waited ONE time (not long at all) when it started raining and everyone came in at once. The property itself had everything we needed and wanted also. Super easy walk down to the beach! So relaxing!!! We'll be back!!!
