This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home is located on the West End of Panama City Beach near Pier Park, and just half a mile from the beach! It is the perfect spot for your next beach vacation! As you enter this home you will see the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room features plenty of couch seating space, a sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. There is a dining area between the living room and kitchen, and the kitchen features stainless steel appliances with beautiful black countertops. The master bedroom features a King size bed with a flat-screen TV and access to the 2nd balcony porch. The master bathroom features gorgeous black countertops with a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed with a flat-screen TV. There is also a washer and dryer in the laundry room for your convenience! This home has the perfect location on the West End of the beach. You are just 5 minutes from all of the dining and shopping in the Pier Park outdoor mall. If you want to spend a day in 30A or Seacrest, you are only 15 minutes away.

Great little beach house

Okay, but not amazing.

Our unit was large and comfortable and as described. The beds where comfortable and the home was well appointed. Our only complaint was that the closet was covered in mold in the master bedroom, all of the extra blankets and pillows where musty and damp and there appeared to be condensation buildup along the door frame and walls. This resulted in my wife's clothing being dampened requiring laundering to ensure mold didn't spread in the humid conditions. Obviously this problem was know prior to our stay as the problem has been there a while judging by the amount of mold on the ceiling and closet walls. Not the end of the world but also not up to standard for a property at this price in, in this location.

Cool Place to Be

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to the beach and close to many stores. It was the perfect size. Neighbors were very friendly. Only thing I didn't like was the Jack n Jill bathroom doors. Only 1 actually locked, but we didnt let that deter us. Overall, i would recommend staying here! Great lil gem

Great Stay

We had a great time at this place. It was a little walk to the beach but not too bad. We also carried bikes and we could be at the beach in 2 minutes. House was great with no issues, everything worked out great.

You get what you pay for

Mold on shower curtain, small broken things(handles/holder), only 4 forks, bed linens and pillows not even similar, sofa bed only had sheets and no pillows, stove handle completely gone and zero oven mits, rear eye on stove doesn’t work and fridge is not as pictured either. Good location for the price just needs some actual TLC and updated pictures

Thunder beach

We had a great time on our trip. This house is far enough away from the traffic but close enough for a good short ride to all the attractions and bars. House could use a few updates to outside as far as paint and TV in living room needs replaced. But it's a short walk to the beach and in a great neighborhood. Would def stay here again.

Serenity By The Sea Nov 2024 Stay

This is a great place to stay, close to the beach, but was not clean. Bathtub had mold that we had to clean before we could use it. All the downstairs light bulbs were burned out which we replaced and we found several roaches crawling around in one of the bedrooms. I communicated some of these things to the host during our stay with no response.
