Gulfgate 403 Beautiful Pet Friendly 2 Bedroom BEACH FRONT Condo - Sleeps 6. Come stay directly on the Gulf at Gulfgate Condominiums on Surf Dr. just steps to the BEACH and Gulf of Mexico!

The condominiums at Gulfgate are among the most spacious and beach-accessible in Panama City Beach and you will LOVE the million dollar views! Located directly on the Gulf, you are literally steps to the sand. Gulfgate Condominiums is Ocean Front on the desirable East end of Panama City Beach, just off Thomas Drive, and close to St. Andrew's State Park!

Gulfgate 403 has a king bed in the master bedroom and the guest bedroom has two twin size beds. In the living area there is a sleeper sofa. The two bathrooms are generous in size with tub/shower combos. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the condo. The balcony offers you a million dollar view of the Gulf. It is the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico! Guests staying at Gulfgate have numerous amenities : FREE Internet/WiFi, FREE Parking, private beach access, indoor/outdoor swimming pool (heated seasonally) and grilling area!

Gulfgate is one of the few beach front PET FRIENDLY properties in PCB! Gulfgate allows 2 pets per condo. Pets must be approved at the time of booking. Pets weighing 50lbs or under are allowed. Pet fee for small dogs is $150 Larger dogs are $200. The second dog is $50. You can even take your dog to the beach at the dedicated dog beach by Russell-Fields City Pier, just a quick 15 min drive from Gulfgate!

Gulfgate is close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, amusement parks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All within a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Gulfgate have numerous amenities : Internet/WiFi, private beach access, swimming pool and grilling area!

Perfect little spot

Lovely clean home perfect view of the water love getting to walk out from my condo to right on the beach with my pup in tow. The place was exactly as described and was what my little family needed

Enjoyed my stay. Nice condo for the money. Clean!!! Could use a few updates on some walls and flooring, but that didn't stop my relaxing vaca. The patio furniture needs to be replaced. Its getting rusted from the sea air. The view, pool, and beach were the best!. Loved it so much. I would stay there again for sure!!! I brought my golden retriever with me. Its very dog friendly - just follow the rules and be courteous.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really enjoyed my stay; the condo was clean and comfortable; I loved the floor to ceiling window in the master bedroom. What a great view of the beach! I had one minor problem with the refrigerator, but maintenance came immediately and had the problem resolved in less than 10 minutes after which there were no problems. The unit is pet friendly, so I was able to bring my standard poodle. I would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was wonderful. The condo was shabby, wallpaper peeling in two rooms, food spatters around the kitchen garbage can, very dusty. Patio furniture rusty and in bad condition. One of the toilets was constantly running so we had someone come up to fix that. Mold in the tub. I don’t know why we had to pay a cleaning fee.. I would not recommend anyone renting this condo. This is our 4 th year at Gulf Gate but our first time in 403.
