Relax and gaze out over the beautiful crystal blue waters and the sugar-white sands from the comfort of your own private balcony as the salty ocean breeze drifts by. When mealtimes come around, the cook of the group has everything they need to make family-favorite dishes with ease in the full kitchen. Beach access is right across the street for a picnic on the sand, and the rooftop pool is just the place to cool off in luxury. When everyone has had their share of sun and adventure, you can snuggle up in front of the living room's flatscreen TV for a movie night with friends. Wrap up the evening with a nice glass of wine out on the balcony - you'll love catching the stars' reflections off the waters below.



    There are five resort-style pools: a seasonal pool with a hot tub, an island pool on the lake, a lagoon pool, a zero-edge family pool, and a play pool with beach views for the kids. When you are ready to head to the beach, it's just a short walk from the resort. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from when you want to dine out, and multiple attractions such as Wonderworks and Coconut Creek Family Fun Park offer fun and activities away from the beach. The property was nice-- it was a nice space with beautiful views of the beach and a lake on the back side. Nice pools, short walk to beach. However, I was highly disappointed with the check-in process and level of cleanliness. Regarding cleanliness: there were dirty towels still hanging in the shower, towels placed to seemingly be used were dirty. The coffee table was greasy. The pillow on the couch had stains. Upon quick glance it appeared to be straightened up well, but the details let me know it wasn't properly cleaned. I would imagine that whomever cleaned simply moved too quickly and missed several details.Regarding check-in: It would have been nice to know that there was an additional 100 dollar "access" fee, prior to booking. Thus, you are locked in because you paid a price, which for me was non-refundable, and then you are required to pay 100 dollar to get access to the amenities which are required access to the entire stay. Furthermore, it took 30-45 minutes to actually get inside of the property because the code was not properly listed. The check-in information listed a 6 digit code, while the actual keypad required 4 and absolutely no one in customer service knew that. I spoke to 3 different agents. I was asked several times to reenter a code that I am telling the agents has the incorrect amount of numbers. It a was frustrating start to the stay.

The elevators sucked and I wasn’t given the correct code at check in. I had to walk up 11 flights of stairs due to ever elevator being full not only to have to spend another 20 minutes trying to figure out how to get into the room. Other than that the place was amazing
