This beautiful and crystal clean 3 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bath condo at the highly acclaimed Shores of Panama Resort in Panama City Beach is what you've been looking for, for your beach vacation! Unique features are the double balcony with a sliding glass door out the master bedroom. Wake up staring at the waves rolling in. The condo overlooks the best pool on the beach and of course the emerald blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Condo accommodates your family of 8 has everything you’ll need to enjoy your beach vacation! The master has a king size bed and own private bathroom. The guest bedroom also offers its own private full bathroom and queen size bed. In the bunk room you have a pyramid bunk with a full on the bottom and twin on top. There is also a pull out sofa bed in the living room.

The condo is centrally located to utilize grocery delivery or pickup across the street at Walmart, or walking distance to the amazing Pineapple Willy's. Resort amenities include a modern gym, indoor pool & hot tub, 2 tiki huts with food and private access to the beach!   • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Room was clean, pool was big. Only issue is elevator wait time however that is not something that the host can take care of. Good restaurants around. 2nd time here and will be back if I have another trip to Panama again.

Awesome Beach Vacation

Condo and view was awesome!! Shopping and dining all close by. Check In was crazy but there were several people checking in so that was no ones fault. All the staff was very friendly to us. Absolutely no issues with the condo .. Propery owner was always readily available for any questions. Thanks so much!!

Incredible views

This was a good condominium close to Panama City Beach. This was a unit on the 22nd floor, with a big balcony with 2 sets of sliding doors to get to the balcony. Absolutely incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico & sunsets that are breathtaking. No dining room table, but the countertop houses 5 people comfortable & more can fit there to eat too. Kenny is very, very responsive & quiet to resolve anything that comes up.

Great View, not the best resort

We were on one of the higher floors, so the view was great. Getting on/off the elevators was horrible. Half of them didn’t work..& the others were so crammed pack with people that the wait to go up/down was something 15-30 mins. The owner was very easy to communicate with. He was very swift at answering messages. The check in process was smooth. However, the condo itself was not clean. All the linens and bed sheets smelled of mildew. The kids beds had a bunch of sand in them, as if the bedding hadn’t been washed from the previous renters. There were mix matched clothing articles located in odd areas, around the beds & couch. The floors didn’t look as if they had been swept or mopped recently. All the baseboards and walls were all covered in dirty handprints and black, dirt covered water debris. The stove top had about an inch of grease build up. All the kitchen cabinets, along with fridge/freezer were covered in dirty hand prints. The balcony windows appeared as if they were ONLY cleaned within arms reach, therefore you could see smear marks about 3/4th of the way up…& the top was super cloudy and dirty. The inside of the washing machine had black mold. NONE of the remotes had batteries in them. We enjoyed our trip, after having to clean the condo the entire 1st day. However, we will not be visiting this resort again

The manager was helpful. The furnishings appeared to be dirty and not updated in a while. The condo was definitely dirty and needed a deep clean. We didn’t bother wasting our precious vacation time requesting it be cleaned as we expected it to be clean when we arrived. We were 3 mature women there to relax at the beach which was a challenge as the building was overrun with early 20 something college students who were quite loud at night and smoking pit on their balconies daily. I would not recommend this condo for the spring break timeframe unless you’re a 20 year old college student ready to party.

Great place to stay.

We loved the stay it was amazing. The room could have been cleaned better. Our feet was black the first hour of walking around the floor. We had two problems and the property manager was amazing with getting it fixed. The elevators took awhile but that’s expected when coming to a big city.

Condo was very nice!

We had a great stay at Shores of Panama. The condo was very clean and stocked well with everything we needed. The only couple of minor downfalls are the elevators and parking garage (which are out of the owners control) but still I would definitely stay here again. The pool was amazing and getting to the beach so easy. Thanks for the stay Kenny!

Amazing Unit

I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the condo was. Very well stocked unit as well. Plenty of room for my entire family. Would definitely rent from Kenny again!
