    Beloved by families, beachcombers, and water sports enthusiasts, Sterling Breeze is located directly on the white sand shores of Panama City Beach. You'll be half a mile from both the Russell-Fields Pier (where you can fish for flounder, king mackerel, and red fish) and Pier Park's famous shops, restaurants, cinemas, and regular entertainment. You kids will also delight in visits to Gulf World, Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, and Camp Helen State Park - all of which are within a few miles' drive.

We checked in late on a friday night. The place smelled and looked liked it had just been cleaned. Everything was just as expected! The main bed is extremely comfortable!! The view of the ocean is amazing! We would absolutely stay there again!!

Perfect location on the quiet side of pier ~ an easy half mile walk to Pier Point. Saw dolphins and stingrays jumping from the balcony.

Property is clean and in good order. Location in right on the beach, so nice. Everything working. Very comfortable. Lots of road construction and internal construction going on. Unavoidable during this time of year. Floors could have been cleaned better. Looked ok but dirty. Also the breezeway light outside the bedroom window lights it up the BR way too bright for me. Bad layout but a darkening shade would help. Overall I would recommend highly. The construction will end eventually and floor is minor issue. I would advise that if you are a light sleeper bring a dark curtain for the bedroom.

An Amazing Place to Stay!!

It has been over 6 years since we have been back to Panama City Beach and you always worry when you book a place, This place exceeded our expectations!! The condo was amazing, clean and very well taken care of! Everything worked great and even had a few board games we could play on the rainy nights! The pool was amazing also, everyone was so friendly! I can't say it enough though the condo was fabulous! Will definitely stay here again!
