Located in a quiet, low-density 8-story complex with covered parking and four elevators, you’ll enjoy uncrowded beaches and tranquility. Aquavista’s amenities include a pool, hot tub, and quick access to the beach!



    Conveniently located across from Winn-Dixie, CVS, and local restaurants, and just minutes from Pier Park and City Pier. Nearby parks, including Conservation Park and Frank Brown Park, offer family-friendly activities like splash pads and playgrounds.
