Sleeping arrangements
The condo comfortably sleeps eight guests. The master suite features a king bed, Gulf views, and direct access to the patio—perfect for catching sunsets or enjoying your morning coffee. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed, while a cozy bunk nook provides a twin-over-twin bunk bed ideal for kids or extra guests. The living room offers additional space for gathering and unwinding after a day in the sun. Two full bathrooms ensure everyone has space to refresh.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar makes it easy to prepare meals or snacks. You’ll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the cooking basics you need. Enjoy meals together at the breakfast bar or take them outside to your patio for al fresco dining with a view.

Outdoor living
Step out from your private patio directly onto the resort-style pool deck, or take a few more steps to reach the beach. Complimentary beach service is included from March through October, with two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily. The resort offers a pool, hot tub, poolside café, two guest-use gazebos, gas and charcoal grills, and a fitness center. After a day of swimming or exploring, rinse off and relax as the sun sets over the Gulf.

Pet-friendly convenience
Bring your small dog (35 lbs or less) along for the adventure. A $300 nonrefundable resort pet fee is due at check-in. The ground-floor location and easy outdoor access make this condo especially convenient for pet owners.

A one-time parking fee of $35 plus tax covers up to two vehicles.
