This beautifully decorated, beach front 3BR/3BA condo is located on the 15th floor, boasting spectacular views from the comfort of your living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. This unit features tile and hardwood floors throughout the unit, upscale decor, granite counter tops, 3 large flat screen TV's, and a full washer/dryer for your convenience. Relax and enjoy your favorite beverage on your private balcony, taking in the view of the white sand beach as you watch the waves crash against the shore. In each bedroom, you will find a King size bed along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

    Grandview East is a fabulous 17 story boutique complex with just over 60 units in the entire building, which means an uncrowded beach for you! Amenities include a Gulf Front pool, fitness center, and easy beach access. You can relax in your comfortable room or spend time on the beach soaking up the natural beauty. Grandview East has also provided a wheelchair ramp to the beach along with a wheelchair accessible mat that leads directly into the sand from the beach boardwalk. We had an amazing stay! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything our family needed. The beach and ocean views were absolutely stunning, and being just steps from the sand made our trip even better. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We made so many wonderful memories here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Panama City Beach!
