This desirable 1st floor 1BR \ 1BA +2 bunks features direct, private access from back porch and only steps to the beach. This means no lugging your beach gear around the building and up flights of stairs. Unit is equipped with high speed WiFi and 2 flat screen TVs with streaming (Living Room) and DVD players. Washer \ Dryer in unit.

Conveniently located between Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Seaside. Close to great restaurants and shopping, including recently opened HUB a few minutes west. Lots of local activities including biking / jogging trail right outside the complex, stretching along scenic 30-A. Enjoy the award winning Beaches of South Walton with unspoiled powder soft white beaches and emerald waters – no high rises here!

This unit features all tile floors, remodeled bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. King size bed and queen size pull-out sofa bed, dining table for 4 and bar stools. You will enjoy this cozy and comfortable contemporary style condo.

Enjoy your meals and sunsets on the spacious outdoor seating area with 4 bar height seats and table to take in the fantastic views.

Master Bedroom - King bed - Drawers underneath
Hallway Bunks - 2 twins with memory foam mattresses
Living Room - Queen sleeper sofa - has 5 inch thick mattress, so no bars in the back!

Kitchen- Fully equipped with all the necessities and conveniences, including quiet dishwasher. Plenty of seating with bar height stools along counter and 4 person dining table.

Bathroom - Complete with full sized tub and shower, washer and dryer, and plenty of storage.

Master bedroom - 6 under bed drawers, closet, night stand, his and hers lamps, and 32” wall mounted flat screen TV with cable TV and built-in DVD player.

Main Living Area - 50” flat screen TV and DVD player. High speed wireless internet and Cable TV. Incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico from both the porch and inside unit!

Great place

Really enjoyed our stay. Being able to walk down a few stairs right onto the beach was great. Parking was easy and there were plenty of spaces available. It is located in a great spot.

Spring Break

Perfect Location. We absolutely loved our stay. Being able to walk down to the beach was perfect. We also liked that the beach area in front of the units was reserved for guests only. It made it far less crowded and more family friendly. Even though it was a condo, we never heard any of our neighbors and it was full for spring break. Host was awesome, and the unit was exaclty as described. 100% would stay again.

Family Vacation

The condo was nice and clean. The beach was perfect for little kids, the water was shallow for a little while so they could play in the waves. Water was crystal clear and sand was powder white.

This was an amazing trip- the beach is soo close! My kids loved the bunk beds in the condo! Everything was so clean! We loved being on 30A!

Texas Spring Break

Overall the trip was great. Location was solid. Beach and weather were perfect. Other than the condo needing upgraded WiFi/Internet (streaming/work purposes) the stay was flawless. Air COnditioning was great. The host was very responsive.

Just what we needee

This condo is perfectly located within 20 minutes of restaurants, shopping and anything else you need. The private beach is just a few steps from the back door and the parking lot is just a few steps from the front door. The location is perfectly quiet at night and the condo itself is just perfect. The owner was lightning fast in answering the few questions I had. We couldn't be happier. We will absolutely be back!

Perfect Location

This was an ideal spot for our little family. We just wanted a clean place to stay with an ocean view, easy and direct beach access. It’s not remodeled or up to date furniture or anything, but that’s not what we were looking for. I’m actually glad it wasn’t, as that would likely make it more expensive, and we didn’t case about the aesthetic of the living room on our beach vacation. Host was responsive and helpful! Would stay here again

Fantastic Beach Front!

We had a wonderful time. The area is very nice, the property clean and peaceful. It is truly just steps down the stairs to have your toes in the sand and just a few more steps to the water. The location is excellent and the first floor condo was great! It was a great place to hang out after a day in the sun or when it was rainy. Eric, the host, was very communicative with me and answered all of my questions promptly. Will definitely stay in Mistral #5 again. Thank you, Eric for a wonderful stay.

Perfect location!

Couldn't have asked for a better location. Great to be able to just walk right out to the beach. Porch was a nice place to relax as well and still enjoy the ocean view. Very clean unit. Kitchen well stocked. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Chairs/umbrellas were available to rent in front of the unit, but we brought our own chairs and sat at the water's edge each day, and did not experience any issues. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Awesome first time experience

I stayed in this property approximately 20 years ago. This trip was with my girlfriend who had never been to the beautiful Emerald Coast.She was blown away with awesome water and sugar white sand. Our stay in unit #5 was perfect as well. It goes down in our favorite memories book for sure. Everything was just as shown and communicated.

Perfect spot

Location is great. It is 48 steps down to beach. Beautiful view. The condo was clean. The only thing I suggest is they get bushes trimmed that are in front of balcony. Also unfortunately people have thrown a lil trash under bushes and that needs to be cleaned up. The property manager Eric is fantastic to deal with and very responsive. I will definitely stay here again.

Great property in great location.

Property was great with wonderful access to the beach and beach service that was responsive. Parking was great and easy. There were a lot of light switches that say "NOTHING" so it got a little dark in the evenings unless you had the kitchen lights on. My only constructive criticism would be that I wish they had a few more rugs (especially next to the beds) to help get the sand off of your feet prior to getting in the bed and that they would upgrade the TV (cheap upgrade) to Smart TVs that allow guests to stream their devices.

Great location & beach access....but

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and had a great location on 30-A including great access to the beach. A Publix is close by if you need groceries. It would be perfect with a few updates. For example, when it rains and you are stuck inside as we were, entertainment is limited to cable tv with mostly sd channels. A $250 smart tv with screen mirroring capabilities would be perfect. The shower head seems to be clogged up a bit and could also be replaced.

Right on the beach

Great place, clean comfortable for 2. Bunk beds in converted hall closet for sleeping- outside the master bedroom. Just an FYI, also Lots of stairs to beach. not an issue for us. Also, beach chair vendors to the left think they own the ocean ond every inch of sand. They dont. It's public from waters edge back 20 feet. Dont let them tell you you cant be there because it's private. It's public. Location was great, but not neighboring property vendors. I would recommend this place but you should be aware of these things. I will go back again. It was relaxing to sit out on the balcony and watch the waves.

Not as expected

I was a little worried when I booked this based on the previous reviews. I should have went with my gut as I was disappointed with the condition of the place for the price that we paid. The smell of fish was ever present in the living room/kitchen area. Tile floor seemed dirty and I made sure to always wear socks or shoes the entire time I was in the unit. Location description was accurate. But the rest of the ammenities falls short. Before coming here, we stayed in Destin at a condo that was clean and fresh - I felt comfortable the entire time I was there. I wish I could say the same for this unit. A lower price would have given me a better idea of what I was getting. Just beware if you are in the category of a 3 plus star hotel. This one fell short of that.

Location is great, appears more dated in person, cleanliness was lacking

Location was great, beach access with private beach with view balcony views were amazing! Only downside of the outside was all the trash in the dunes/bushes right off the balcony. Inside was more dated than expected and cleanliness was biggest complaint. I wiped down the kitchen countertops and the cloth was black. After that I never felt confident with the hygiene of the rest of the condo. Also, the side of fridge was rusted and several items were left in it and the freezer. Furthermore, towels were left in the dryer for us to fold and put away. Also, dryer did not perform. To dry anything it took at least two cycles and even more for towels. The shower was very small. I’m right under 6ft tall but I was eye level with the shower head so had to bend over to rinse. I will say the price for the area is on the lower side however I still expect cleanliness and a fresh environment.

The beach was wonderful. Very quiet. The umbrella attendant was super nice and friendly. The shower was fantastic and i really only left to go to the grocery store. It was a great, relaxing week.

Amazing Stay

The best stay. Quiet location with the private beach access. Many tourist in the area with the nearby public beach but the private access was perfect for us. Would absolutely stay again. Great communication, perfect description of the condo.
