Welcome to our 13th floor oceanfront condo, aptly named the Salty Sandpiper, at Grand Panama Beach Resort Tower 1 condo 1305!

Let's start with the bedding arrangements: 1 King, 1 Queen, and a Twin Bunk. That’s room for 8!
In addition to our non-refundable pet fee, the resort will charge a $50 (plus for longer stays) to register your pet.

Note: Guests must register with the resort for parking passes and pool bands. The registration fee is $55 . This fee includes up to (1) one parking pass and armbands for each member of your party an extra pass is $35. Motorcycle parking is available at $55 per motorcycle. Adults and children 13 years of age and older are required to wear armbands while on property.

Your 25 lb. dog is welcome to come along. There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee when you bring your pet along.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age. We provide a starter pack of amenities and bed and bath linens. You will need to bring your own beach towels and replenish amenities if needed. Parking passes and armbands will be available upon guest check-in within the Tower II lobby at the Owner Services desk.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Excellent condo to stay at the beach

Great location. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Only thing I noticed that would have been good to have available in the kitchen are hot pads for removing items from oven.

The room could have been cleaner. It smelled a little like dog pee. The toaster needs to be replaced. The elevators had problems while we were there and the wait was incredibly long. HOWEVER - we did have a great time. The view is beautiful and the pool area is wonderful.

13th Floor Paradise

This property has all the most sought after features- oceanfront view, prime location to restaurants and shopping, well equipped kitchen, complimentary beach chair service and comfortable bedrooms. The balcony is spacious for relaxing, drinking coffee or cocktails. The outdoor pool and tiki bar is well kept. We hope to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay

The condo was only 2 bedrooms, when I booked it was listed as a 3 bedroom. The bunk beds must have been listed as the third bedroom. We still made it work. The condo was clean. The beach service was great. It is in a good location.

Amazing views

Everything about the place was amazing! Super easy check in and check out process. The condo and resort was clean! The two chairs and umbrella already set up including in the condo was awesome! Walking distance to a fishing pier that has crystal clear views of sharks, stingrays, eels and fish. The beach has white sand and was never over crowded towards the end of August when the kids are back in school. There is a tiki bar next to the beach and pool that makes awesome drinks!

Spring Break 2024

The unit is as beautiful as the pictures! The condo is long and the space is used well. There were five of us and we could all have our own personal space and not be on top of each other. The condo is in a perfect location and only a mile or so from grocery, Sbux, and Walmart and walking distance to stores and restaurants. The property manager returned calls almost immediately. The whole property was very clean and well maintained. My husband is allergic to dogs that are not hypoallergenic and he did not feel any affects of prior animals that may have stayed there. We will absolutely be back!

A bit of a bummer…

The view and location was fabulous! However, the unit stocked no spices in the kitchen, no Kleenex, and toilet paper only for one day. The slider in the master had a problem where it vibrated so loudly, it sounded like a drone inside. We could not use the room or sleep there. We lost a day/night in misery from the noise and when we asked to compensated, we were left with no response. I’ve never experienced an unstocked kitchen or basic necessities in rentals before, or a situation where we couldn’t even stay in the unit, but to not be taken care of was a big bummer. We didn’t get what we paid for. I wouldn’t return.

Oceanfront

This was our first time visiting PCB - the white sand beaches are so beautiful! Lovely property! The room was ready early. Unfortunately, our flight was a bit delayed, so we pretty much arrived at regular check-in time anyway (4pm CST). It was convenient to have immediate access to the beautiful beach. The unit is located right off the elevator on the 13th floor (hopefully you’re not the superstitious type!), so that was great as we were always coming and going. The unit had a fully-stocked kitchen and the Publix was a short 5-min drive away to get everything we needed for the week. There’s also a closet with much beach gear. We added to the stash with a couple of extra goodies for future guests! Probably the only downside to the unit was that it is advertised as a 3BR - it should really be advertised as a 2BR with open bunk area. It’s a nook in the hallway close to the front door, not a private sleeping space. Our 16 year-old daughter was frustrated but we made it work. Maintenance issue with master shower got worked out promptly! We enjoyed our stay and would consider returning to the area but, in my opinion, would need to look for a true 3-BR unit if traveling with older kids who like some privacy. Overall, it was a great stay! Thanks!

Great Location, Great View

Condo is as described. Beach decor, comfortable beds and furniture. The view is Great! We enjoyed our time on the balcony. It is located close to good restaurants (Firefly, Bayou on the Beach, Dat Cajun Place) to name a few we enjoyed. Appreciate the fact that property is pet friendly. We would definitely stay there again.
