Some of the elderly people werent very welcoming . The place we stayed had some minor issues like non working garbage disposal. Other than that great place and good views. Great pool and beach acess

Great Stay!

My husband, myself, and our 4 children loved our stay! It was nice to get away. The property was great and the ease of check in and check out! The condo is on the 21st floor and had great views! Great location and would definitely consider staying again!

Top of the world getaway

A vacation to remember. Fantastic views from the 21rst floor. Nice gentle breeze. Sounds of jets flying by we thought was cool. Close to awesome restaurants. Clean pools both hot and cool. White powder sand beaches as far as your eyes can see. Comfortable bed and plenty of room. Everyrhing you probably need for a great weels vacation. Staff working at the Boardwalk were very nice and friendly. No major complaints.

Been to PCB many many times, never this property. I was impressed with the quality of the facility, the amenities (pool, on-site restaurants), and the access to the beach. Will stay here again.

Perfect for Family

I loved the location and simplicity of this property. It’s in the middle of everything where Walmart and restaurants are super close by. And the layout of the building made going to the pool and beach so so easy and such short walks which was nice to have with children. Super convenient! Also loved the pool area, the tiki hut had DELICIOUS food, the pizza parlor as well and the property’s staff were all so friendly.

My check in was very smooth, everyone at the resort were friendly. The owner of the unit, was very attentive, i knew if i needed anything, i could just ask. The unit itself, was very clean, and cozy. I highly recommend this unit.

Wonderful quick weekend

We had a fantastic time! The location is close to anything you want to do but you also don’t have to leave because you have everything you need right on the property! We had a slight misunderstanding during the check in process but the owners were very quick, friendly and helpful to resolve the issue. The resort stays busy and the hallways for the elevator are not cooled so be prepared for that during check-in. Perfect condo for a small family!

Great Location and a Great Unit!

The property was 100% as advertised,and in a great location on the Beach.The 21st floor may be daunting for some but the view was spectacular.Elevators were quick and fast.The pool area was great with lots of available chairs. The unit itself was very comfortable with everything in working order as promised. The floors could’ve used a deep cleaning but overall a very enjoyable experience!

Great Location and Trip!

The condo was beautiful and an exceptional value. The only issue we had with the cleanliness was the floor. Our feet were black from walking on it, so we kept socks on. Other that that, I felt like it was very clean! We didn’t have any issues with the pool security like those in previous reviews stated. We thought the resort was beautiful and everyone was super friendly. The security being around made things calm, safe, and enjoyable in my opinion. We would definitely love to return to this condo!

2024 Vacay - PCB

Overall, we had a nice vacation. It was a much needed break for my family. The views are amazing from the 21st floor. The condo was nice and mostly clean. The host gave information in advance, which was helpful! My only suggestions would be for the sliding glass door onto the balcony to slide easier, the railing on the balcony is peeling, there were no instructions in the condo (typically there are rules/instructions), no bathroom soap and no dishwasher pods to get started with. These would just be helpful upon arrival!

Excellent resort, underwhelming unit

We were a family of 3 returning to PCB for the 4th of July weekend. We expected & paid a premium but extended for one night, in advance, when offered at a discount. Initially, communication was proactive. They emailed to confirm check in procedures, and refunded an over-charge when made aware. Sadly, the delight stopped there. First, upon entry, the unit had a horrible smell! Old, wet, and damp as if there were mildew or worse, mold. There was dust and dirt from half cleaning and only 6 towels in the bathroom. I immediately contacted the host, but didn’t hear back for another two days! Then, on our third day, my husband returned to the unit from the beach and was startled to have someone enter while he was in there! He was told she was the housekeeper, the unit was double booked, and she was scheduled to clean in preparation for a guest arriving that afternoon. I immediately phoned our host, who confirmed he’d “forgot to block the night for our extension and that someone may arrive at the property despite his efforts to text her.” I urged that he call, not just text, and stated we had no intention of engaging with anyone who “might show up.” Though he acknowledged the error, he was not apologetic nor remorseful. Just stated that he’d change our code. This same morning, he’d finally texted back about the smell and the towels but only to state there was a washer/dryer in the hall. Very displeased with this unit & host, but the resort itself partially saved our trip.
