This 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom retreat can accommodate 12 guests comfortably. You're just minutes from wonderful shops and dining at The Hub, accessible via the home's golf cart or adult bikes. Upon entry, the spacious living area and kitchen create a warm and cozy vibe that invites you to create new memories. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating around the flat-screen TV and fireplace, while the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances to prepare a meal for your group. Enjoy meals at the dining table and breakfast bar, which can seat 12 people combined. The back porch is steps away from the Watersound 18 hole putting green course, balls and putter provided. The back porch also has an outdoor dining table and fireplace for an even better spot to enjoy the evening together, no matter the season. There is a half-bathroom and laundry room down the hall and the primary bedroom, which has a king bed and attached bathroom with double vanities.

This house has it all! The house was absolutely beautiful and the layout worked out perfect! The teens enjoyed the room and tv upstairs when they were ready to hang out and chill. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We loved the open concept of the home as well. The screened in porch and the patios upstairs and down were wonderful! The location of the house was great and having the golf cart and bikes made going down to the beach easy! We loved the proximity to The Big Chill! Easy to walk to for your morning coffee or take the golf cart there for lunch or dinner! Don't forget to eat at Bruno's pizza located at the front of the complex - this pizza is delicious! We would 100% stay here again!
