July 20-24 availability on the 22nd floor at Emerald Isle-with BEACH CHAIRS

Come enjoy the view from the 22nd floor in Panama City Beach. Watching the marine life from your vantage point on the over-sized balcony will be one of your favorite activities. Balcony seating was updated in June, 2022. Beach front BEACH CHAIRS and UMBRELLAS for two are included in the rental rate!!!! The condo is well appointed with a king size bed in the master as well as a king size bed in the guest room. Flooring was replaced in 2025, removing the tile/ carpet flooring in the living, dining, bedrooms and kitchen with LVP. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area that is perfect for the kids or a 3rd couple. New in 2024, the master bathroom has a walk in shower. Also new in 2024, the guest bath has a jetted tub/shower combination. The guest bath can be accessed from the living area as well. Bathroom vanities were updated in 2024 and we now have multiple drawers for your toiletries. The condo has free Wi-Fi, flat screen smart televisions and DVD players in both bedrooms and the living area. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to create a gourmet meal or a simple snack for the beach. Brand new stainless steel appliances were added in June, 2022. Other kitchen updates include a new sink and backsplash in 2023. There is a utility room with a new washer/dryer + lots of closet space for all your gear. On site, you'll find two pools; one is heated and partial covered. There is a hot tub in the pool area, a steam room, sauna and exercise room. You'll enjoy cooking in the evening by the pool on the community gas grills. We are located on Front Beach Road west of Hwy 79 directly on the beach on the quiet side of town. It’s also important to note you’ll have a dedicated parking spot directly across from the elevator lobby. During the times when Emerald Isle is busy, that reserved parking spot is wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The unit was as advertised. The host Janet was awesome. We were there during hurricane Helene. She kept up to date with messages from the GM of the building and things we needed to do. Everything was great and we will definitely stay again.

This condo has become our “go-to” destination! We returned because we were so favorably impressed and we’re so glad we did! From the super easy check in, to the fresh cleanliness, to the thoughtful hospitality… we couldn’t ask for more! Perfect Little Beach Getaway

Janet was a fabulous host and the condo was perfect for our family of four. We had everything we needed, and even more with the extra baskets of goodies in each bathroom. She had everything we needed for check-in and responded promptly to any questions we had. The condo was clean and had the best view of the ocean! We hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was exactly like it’s description! The view was amazing, we saw lots of sea creatures from the balcony! Perfect for my family of 5!

Amazing Host! Spectacular Facility! Wonderful Atmosphere!

Highly recommend this Unit! Has everything been you'll need and more. Facility staff was wonderful from security to managers to beach attendants. MOST IMPORTANTLY the host was Fantastic. They answered any and all questions through the whole process faster and more thoroughly than any stay ive used before. We were able to call this place our home for 10 days, its spacious, well maintained, fully equipped

We just got back from staying at the condo! It was very clean and a very nice place to stay. It had an amazing view on the 22 floor. Owners was very nice when we communicated with them! Had alot of beach toys for the kids. Will definitely remember this condo for next here.

Awesome View

We had an amazing time. The condo was well furnished and very clean. The ease of getting around is top notch. Elevators are quick and always working even on the 23rd floor. This was our 2nd year at Emerald Isle .. we love it!!

Loved the balcony

We did have a wonderful time. Carpets need a cleaning. Would like to have more towels when we get there. Other than that it is a wonderful place. Enjoyed watching dolphins from the balcony.

Good location. 4 Elevators works and pretty fast Gas Grills works great. Small appliances was working great. We grilled and cooked, baked. I loved the furnitures on balcony also. We had a great time. Thank You.

What a beautiful view!! Janet was an excellent host and communicator. Always prompt when contacted. The parking spot and wristbands left in condo were super convenient. Beds were comfortable. Would recommend staying here.

A Great Week!

We had a great time here! The condo is clean and exactly what we needed for a family of 4. We had all we needed to cook and extra items to make our beach outings more fun/convenient. The cart was especially handy for trips downstairs. Communication with Janet was quick and easy. There was a minor hiccup with check in and she was fast to respond and correct. She also jumped in to help when we thought we had a washer issue (it ended up being fine). The view is spectacular from the balcony and made for an excellent breakfast spot every morning. We will look to book again in the future. Thanks, Janet!

Amazing stay at an amazing property !!!! Janet was great got back to me and answered all my many questions promptly. We saw dolphins and a sting ray off the balcony and the private parking spot was amazing. We have stayed at Emerald Isle for the last 8 years and have never had a spot! It was amazing. Awesome beachfront stay!

We had such a wonderful vacation in PCB! Janet’s condo was beautifully decorated and well-stocked. The view of the gulf was absolutely breathtaking from the 22nd floor, and we were just steps from the ocean. The included beach chairs and umbrella were so convenient. The location was great-close to shopping and dining. Janet was so helpful and timely in her communication. We had a very minor plumbing issue, and Janet took care of it immediately. We would absolutely stay at her place again!

Great stay overall

We had a great time at Janet’s place. There was some issues when checking in as we needed an additional parking pass and some places in listing said it was $20 whiles others said $30. The front desk was quite rude about this. They were also quite rude about the wristbands for the pool and how they will not give us anymore so we better not lose them. Aside from the experience at checkin with the front desk, the condo was nice, the parking was close to the elevators and the room had a killer view. Would definitely stay here again!

Very good overall, Emerald Isle Beach Resort #2202 West PCB

Most importantly, the Beach is the reason we go to Panama City Beach and this beach was very nice, clean, and this west side of PCB is quieter - which we liked. Beach Service for 2 included with the unit providing wooden chairs and an umbrella. So we had them put up an umbrella down at the shoreline and used our chairs so we could be closer to the water. Condo building itself was very good, fresh paint outside, Security and Groundskeepers kept it clean and secure. We were able to park easily in the garage in our assigned space which made it very easy and convenient with just a very short walk from car to elevator. Check-in was simple using a door code so no line to contend with. We did have to stop in the office briefly to pay for parking pass (25 extra, slightly annoying that its not included with a full week paid stay) and armbands. The elevators were always available and we rarely had to wait more than a couple of minutes which is great. This condo Unit 2202 was very good overall. - The highlight is the large curved balcony that offers ample room to sit and great panoramic views thanks to the curved design. - The Master Bedroom opens to the ocean view, which is really nice. The bed was comfortable, a very soft King size and we slept well. - The den is decorated simply with a nice view over the water. However, we found neither sofa very comfortable to sit on. The TV was large, although it took a little trial and error to figure out how to work the remote. Internet access was easy and seemed fast. - Tile floors in kitchen and den, however carpet in bedrooms which we wished were tile especially for a rental unit with lots of traffic at the beach. - The kitchen was excellent overall and we particularly liked the well stocked dishes, small appliances, and utensils/tools for cooking. I would rate this one of the best stocked kitchens we have had with lots of flatware, wine glasses, and dishes. - Only negatives were he stackable washer/dryer was really small, smaller than any other unit I have stayed in; the shower drain was backing up into the tub in the 2nd bedroom shower and draining really slowly. - There were also some beach items like chairs, a cart, plastic sand toys, etc. which was a definite plus. Overall, this was a good experience and we would definitely consider this unit 2202 again.

Relaxing stay

We had a lovely time, sitting on balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening.The heated pool was also very nice.
