We really enjoyed our stay. We lucked up and got first row (balcony) seats to the air show. The beds were comfortable, the space was clean and had everything you could think of. I normally travel with extras but only needed my laundry pods. The view was spectacular. The water was so beautiful this stay! We used the amenities including the beach chairs. I was happy to see groundskeeper Sandy as she was a joy on our last visit.I would definitely stay again if they will have us! As the sign says in the master bath “ if you’re lucky enough to be at the beach, you’re lucky enough”

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The parking spot was super convenient right in front of the elevators. The condo was very clean, comfortable beds and both were king size, shower stall and jetted tub was top of the line. Then the balcony and that 22nd floor view was fabulous!!! We seen dolphins, sting rays from the balcony. The chairs and table on the balcony was very comfy too. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. The beach chairs and umbrellas was a great perk too. We will be back!!

I cannot recommend this listing enough! Everything was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the space was incredibly clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was spacious and inviting. One of the reasons we booked this condo was because of the balcony and it did not disappoint! We enjoyed watching the wildlife from the balcony and listening to the sounds of the ocean. The facilities were clean, the reserved parking space was amazing, and the elevators were surprisingly quick!When we did have an issue with the washer, Janet was very responsive and helpful! We really loved staying here and will be back!

Perfect Little Beach Getaway

Janet was a fabulous host and the condo was perfect for our family of four. We had everything we needed, and even more with the extra baskets of goodies in each bathroom. She had everything we needed for check-in and responded promptly to any questions we had. The condo was clean and had the best view of the ocean! We hope to be back soon!

Amazing Host! Spectacular Facility! Wonderful Atmosphere!

Highly recommend this Unit! Has everything been you'll need and more. Facility staff was wonderful from security to managers to beach attendants. MOST IMPORTANTLY the host was Fantastic. They answered any and all questions through the whole process faster and more thoroughly than any stay ive used before. We were able to call this place our home for 10 days, its spacious, well maintained, fully equipped

A Great Week!

We had a great time here! The condo is clean and exactly what we needed for a family of 4. We had all we needed to cook and extra items to make our beach outings more fun/convenient. The cart was especially handy for trips downstairs. Communication with Janet was quick and easy. There was a minor hiccup with check in and she was fast to respond and correct. She also jumped in to help when we thought we had a washer issue (it ended up being fine). The view is spectacular from the balcony and made for an excellent breakfast spot every morning. We will look to book again in the future. Thanks, Janet!

Wonderful Place just outside the busy area

We really enjoyed the place. Located just a couple minutes away from the busy area of PCB which I appreciated. Having a dedicated parking spot was nice to have (beware its tight)! Very clean upon arrival. Check-in was easy and almost non-existent. The coded door lock allows for entry directly to the unit to find parking tag and arm bands. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well supplied with newer appliances. Local cable TVs available along with smart TVs if you wish. The view from the balcony was great. Ate breakfast from there everyday (even the rainy day). The washer and dryer were nice to have. The central closet had a number of beach items to use though we brought our own. I have a few negatives but not enough that would prevent me from rebooking at this location in a heartbeat. First, we ran out of toilet paper and had to run out to buy more. Each bathroom had a partial roll with one additional upon arrival. By day 4 we were out. Only one additional trash bag for the kitchen trash can was provided. Next, we never really got hot water at the kitchen sink despite running the water for some time. Slightly warm was as good as we could get. The bathrooms had hot water without issue. Finally, the dryer did not dry things through a single cycle. It took two. When cleaning the lint trap it appeared that maybe the exhaust tubes need to be cleaned of lint buildup which may be preventing good air flow. If we decided to visit PCD again, we will consider this location again! Thanks!
