Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! This beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located on the second floor of a quiet low-rise community just steps from the white sand and emerald waters. With parking directly in front of the unit, no elevator, and no upstairs neighbors, you’ll enjoy both convenience and comfort throughout your stay.

The main level features a spacious king bedroom with a new memory foam mattress and soft organic cotton linens, along with a full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Upstairs, you’ll find the second bedroom with a queen bed and a lofted twin bed, plus a full bathroom with a bathtub — perfect for families or groups.

The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need for cooking and dining during your vacation, and the in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays easy and stress-free.

Guests also have access to fantastic community amenities including a pool, pickleball courts, putting green, and BBQ area. Restaurants, shopping, and beach access are all just a short walk away.

Please note: the minimum age to rent is 25.

This condo has been a successful vacation rental for the past 4 years, and while it is now under new ownership, we are committed to continuing the same high-quality guest experience that returning visitors have loved. We can’t wait to host your next beach vacation!

Guests will have full access to our spacious 985 sq. ft. two-level condo featuring a private entrance and two private balconies to enjoy the coastal breeze. A unique passcode will be provided prior to check-in for easy and secure self-entry.

One parking space is included with your stay and is conveniently located directly in front of the unit. If an additional parking pass is needed, one may be purchased with advance notice to the host. Please let us know ahead of time so we can help coordinate accommodations for your group.

We want your beach vacation to be as relaxing and enjoyable as possible, which is why we provide beach chairs and toys for guests to use during their stay — making your beach days easy and fun for the whole family.

To help you settle in comfortably, we also provide starter amenities including paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and trash bags. For longer stays beyond 1–2 days, guests may want to bring additional supplies based on their needs.
