The interior has been decorated elegantly with top of the line furnishings and premier comforts. This desirable open floor plan has sparkling floor to ceiling windows and plenty of seating for everyone. A fully equipped kitchen includes utensils, gorgeous granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The massive private balcony is furnished for lounging and may be reached from the living area or master bedroom. This breathtaking beachfront retreat will comfortably accommodate 10 guests.

The Condo was all it promised to be. The views were amazing and I spend many enjoyable hours on the deck watching the ocean, as did the others in my group.All the amenities on property were outstanding (we enjoyed the Starbucks multiple times) and we found the location very convenient. It was nice to have the secure parking garage for our vehicle. The property host answered all our questions promptly and I would highly recommend.

Family Vacation

Family vacation in Panama City Beach. We had a great time! We loved the room. It was large for our family to lounge and still have some privacy. We enjoyed the balcony time as well as walking out directly to the beach. Can’t wait until next time!!

A great unit!!

Besides a few issues at check in with the property management, the unit was awesome!! Enough room for the group size and plenty of space to spread out. Enjoyed the kitchen amenities as well! Amazing view, would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo

I stay in this condo every year during the Jazz Festival and I'm never dissappointed. The condo is clean and fully stocked with everything you need. The staff at the resort is helpful and very courteous. Only 1 elevator was working in the building which made it hard to get up & down to the unit but this unit still gets a 10 from me.

Beautifully decorated Condo!

The condo was beautiful and large! Perfect for our family vacation! The AC was not working upon our arrival but the maintenance man was able to fix it within 2 hours after our check in. He also took inventory of other needed minor repairs. We had a great time! We loved our stay, and look forward to returning again to this beautiful decorated condo.

Lovely Place

Pros: Stunning views from the 28th floor Comfortable beds Calming décor Lots of family games Clean at check-in Vacuum cleaner provided Repairman was there quickly to fix the broken chair, missing towel rack, water dripping from dehumidifier, and loose toilet paper roll Cons: Elevator wait times could be long, up to 15-20 minutes A few small items needed to be fixed (broken chair, missing towel rack, water dripping from dehumidifier, loose toilet paper roll) Overall, I think this property would be a great choice for a family vacation. The views are amazing, the beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The few small issues that were reported were addressed quickly by the property manager, so that's a plus. The only real downside is the elevator wait times, but that's not a deal-breaker for me. If you're looking for a property with stunning views and comfortable beds, I would definitely recommend this one. Just be prepared for the occasional long elevator wait.

Loved the beach and location

We overall had a great stay. We enjoyed the condo the issues we had was the lack of curtains in the main area sun made it very hot and constantly in your face. There were curtains there at one point as there were tracks in the ceiling. The curtains in the master bedroom had a rip in it. The kitchen was well stocked and had a large island. The bunk bedroom had a T.V. but it did not work. The air conditioner did not cool the rooms down enough so it was hot at night. We rented some golf carts but we were not allowed to park on the property so we paid to park them across the street through the condo next door. They are doing a lot of road construction in front of the condo and down the road. The condo is close to pier park and lots of area attractions which was nice. I wish they had some beach chairs to use while we were there. Overall we had a nice vacation and enjoyed the condo.

Parent of the family (5 adults)

Positives: beautiful condo and views. We were here during Hurricane Helene, We felt safe in this building. Negatives: On arrivial the floor was dirty and had sand on it. We had to sweep the floor and go buy a swifter to wash the floor. Out of 7 elevators, only 2 elavotors were working intermittenently the last 2 days. Getting checked out by 10 am Saturday was a very bad experience since only 1 elevator was working for 30 floors. The kitchen appliance were great, but when we went to cook pancakes the electric griddle did not have an electric cord. Overall: We expect some negative on the condos we lease, but overall It did not affect our vacation.The family vacation was enjoyed except the elevator issue during checkout.

Our family of 8, 6 adults and 2 children enjoyed the condo’s roomy interior. The kitchen was well appointed, the bedrooms spacious, and the views amazing. We were able to walk to dinner and only got in the car by choice. You could easily park your car and never move it throughout your stay. The Starbucks in the Corner Market was a plus.

Condo was beautifully decorated and had very nice furniture! Beds were comfy! Kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes! Elevators were a little crowded and slow but that’s not the condo rooms fault!
