Location is everything

It was not our first stay at Emerald Beach, but first un this condo. I feel payed up to stay on the 3rd floor. You can't beat the convenience of this particular condo. The best part - you don't need elevators. The condo was clean and had all the essentials. It is not perfect, but it is very nice. Little things : *We felt there was not enough storage in the bathrooms. No shelves or cabinets. In the master bathroom one of the towel racks was taken off the wall. * The AC was abnormally loud. It startles you qhen it turns on * The bunk bed is very squeaky, the kids ended up sleeping on a pull out sofa * the little TVs on the bunk beds weren't working. Those by no means spoiled our vacation. There was so much more positive: * the management was a breeze to work with - almost immediate response * the balcony was huge, so nice to have that space for the whole family to enjoy * bed linens felt like they were from Ritz Carlton . I have not seen anything like this in the places we stayed in PCB. Also, the resort is within a walking distance from many local attractions. With traffic being ridiculous we tried to walk everywhere we could Thank you!

Great beach getaway

Our unit was clean & comfortable and we loved being right on the beach! We sat on the balcony every morning & evening and rented chairs daily on the beach for much needed down-time. We found restaurants within walking distance, plus enjoyed a walk to Pier Park. Can't wait to return!
