Edgewater T1 #709- Lagoon Pool/Beach View!

Enjoy one of the best views of the Gulf of Mexico from our seventh floor Tower 1 beautifully renovated beachfront PCB vacation condo. The oceanfront master bedroom features a king size poster bed with private bathroom along with a peaceful private sitting area overlook of the beach and resort's pools. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the master bedroom overlook sitting area while relaxing in one of the two recliners in the master bedroom with amazing views from the floor to ceiling windows. The master bath has a spacious walk in shower and a large walk in closet. The second bedroom hosts two queen beds with access to the second bathroom of the unit. The den has a work desk and chair to catch up on work as needed or to make this unit the perfect vacation spot for a remote work trip.

Edgewater is centrally located to Pier Park restaurants and shopping as well as the Top Restaurants in town such as Firefly, American Charlie, Saltwater Grill along with multiple fast food restaurants. The Shipwreck Island water park and St Andrews State Park as well as the PCB sport complexes are all just a 10 to 15 minute drive from the resort.

Edgewater Beach and Golf Resorts has some of the most inclusive benefits multiple pools, on site restaurants (golf, tennis and fitness center require additional fees) you will find along the Gulf Coast! We look forward to hosting your friends or family getaway! After booking you will be required to register and pay for parking at the Edgewater Registration website, 2024 rates are $50 for first car and $30 for the second for your weekly stay. Extended monthly stays will require updated monthly parking passes and fees when renting for a long term vacation rental condo stay during Snow Bird season.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

Guest must be at least 25 years of age to gain access to this resort property and will be denied access upon arrival to the resort by the Security Gate.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

My family and I really enjoyed soaking up every minute of our vacation. Wish we could have stayed longer, but days had already been booked up. This is a very beautiful condo with some of the very best views of the ocean. Definitely plan on going back to stay again!

Perfect Location

We have stayed at the Edgewater Resort a half of a dozen times and this condo was by far our favorite. We loved the location and the size of the room. It was our first experience using VRBO and we were so glad we did! We are hoping to stay here again in two years.

Great beach location in PCB

This condo is well located in the middle of Edgewater Beach Resort. Great views of a beautiful beach and pools. It is comfortable with electric reclining couch and chairs. Cort and Chase were very responsive to any needs and questions. Mattresses were very comfortable. Second bathroom could use a little updating of the tub shower door

We love coming to PCB throughout the year. This was a wonderful place to stay. The condo was nicely updated, the view was wonderful, and the location was perfect. It was easy coming and going, parking was nice, and it felt right at home. Will keep this on the list for future visits.

Luxurious condo at Edgewater

This condo is exactly as advertised, which is darn near perfect. Luxurious master bedroom and bath, and amazing recliners in the master bedroom and living room. The rental company was also great to work with.

Great condo in a great location on the beach!

Right on the beach, this condo was a great getaway from colder weather up north. The place was very clean and well furnished. Personally, I could sit on the balcony all day just watching the waves roll in, or in the dual recliners in the master suite, looking through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The only downside was that we had to return to weather in the 20s.

Getaway

The four of us had a great time at Edgewater. The condo was perfect and we all slept very well on the comfortable beds. We weren't told about there being a $50 parking fee until we arrived so we suggest that this info be included with the rental info in the future for other renters.

Loved our stay, only constructive feedback is : smelled musty. Found some organic growth around the corners of the shower insert and a few of the AC vents. Could use a duct cleaning. Washer and dryer was an awesome plus - kitchen is great - tvs in every room was awesome for kids. Primary suite was nice. Edgewater pool, store, and restaurant are always great!

A little piece of paradise

This condo was so much more than the pictures could actually show. This was the easiest condo check in that we have ever had and we rent twice a year. When we walked into unit it was so clean and the views from the livingroom and master bedroom was amazing. Cort was so quick to answer any questions that we had about our stay,definately would recommend this unit to anyone looking as long as it doesnt mess up with my plans for staying again. 😉

Great Stay at Edgewater

Our stay at Edgewater exceeded my expectations, thanks to the beautifully remodeled interior of this property. Unlike some of the other condos, this one showcases a modern and stylish design, making it a delightful retreat. The accommodations were generally pristine. Following our stay, a few items, such as a pillow and some washcloths/towels, required replacement due to a hair dye stain. However, the process was seamlessly resolved through the insurance included as part of our stay, sparing us any inconvenience typically associated with a traditional security deposit. Overall, my family enjoyed our stay here.

Great place to stay

My sister and I had a wonderful stay in this condo. When you walk in the door, it feels very inviting because of the beautiful decor and the pool/ocean view. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The master bath is really nice and the shower made the act of showering relaxing instead of a chore. The furniture in the living area is nice and comfortable and the kitchen is great too. You don’t even have to go down to the beach or pool to feel like you’re there when in this condo. My only complaint would be the shower in the second bathroom. It could use an update like the rest of the place and other bathroom. The tub was slow draining and it and the walls around the shower were dingy. Overall we really loved the place but hope for that small improvement so that we can come again with more of our family members!
