  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

This is our 3rd time staying here and we absolutely love our stays more and more each time.. It is clean , easy to get to and on top of everything, Chad checks in to see how your trip is going! If there is ever any need, he is very quick to respond. I 10/10 recommend anyone to stay here !

So nice, we came back!

This was our second time staying here. It is an absolutely beautiful and clean condo! We enjoyed the heated pool, onsite restaurant, and quick walk to the beach. Lots to do in the area within a short drive. Check in process was super easy as well.

We loved everything about this unit and resort!! It was perfect for our family of 5. The bar, restaurant and both pools were great! Being on the 2nd floor was convenient as the elevators can be slow at times. My only complaint was not having a deadbolt on the door ensuring that my toddler wouldn't easily open the door while we were enjoying the perfect balcony view. The view from all 8 beach front windows were beautiful! All the beds were comfortable, my 2 older kids especially loved the bunk area. The water pressure was great. And all basic necessities were provided for our 5 day stay. We can't wait to return!

Beautiful and clean condo! My kids loved the bunk beds and heated pool! The short walk to the beach was also a plus. My kids were very sad when vacation was over, but we would love to come back someday!

Outstanding vacation spot in PCB

We were new to Edgewater and greatly enjoyed our experience thanks to this fresh, modern and well furnished condo. The beach view is outstanding and the 2nd floor is convenient in such a large property. Our kids especially enjoyed the loft bunk beds with their own smart TVs. Owner was responsive and helpful when we had questions. A+ experience overall!

Modern Condo at the Best Resort in PCB!!!

My wife and I along with our 2 young boys loved our stay at this beautifully renovated condo at Edgewater! We wouldn’t change a thing about the stay. Everything was well thought out for a young family especially the twin bunk beds with their own TVs! Great location in PCB, centrally located to all the great attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend Dee’s Hangout across front beach road. The best seafood on the beach is a short walk away! Book this gem now for a great beach vacation!

Perfect Family Atmosphere

The listing was exactly what we got! It was clean and a perfect place to be for our vacation. There was enough to keep us busy at the resort. The pools were clean and the beach pristine as well. The condo had exactly what we needed. We were able to make our own meals and wash laundry while there as well. We would 100% come back.

My experience staying in this condo was just wonderful. The condo upon entering was incredibly clean. Usually, in past experiences, there’s at least some sand here and there… However, this condo was just about the cleanest I’ve experienced. My communications with the owner were clear and concise! Very professional and easy to correspond with. 10/10. Will be recommending this condo to my friends and family!

Property is beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. Exactly as presented on web site. Owner, Chad, was on top of our reservation and check in codes. Everything went smoothly. We had a great time even though the ocean was on double red flags and the big pool closed for several hours because a little one decided to poo in the big pool! Thank you Chad!

Exactly as pictured in a great location

This space was exactly as pictured and was modern with all the amenities you would need. There were plenty of towels, and the king bed was really comfortable. The kids loved their personal bunk space with their own TVs. The bunks even had USB ports on the walls for chargers. Our favorite part was sitting with coffee in the morning overlooking the Gulf. The view was spectacular from our room with a sunset view of the pier. It was really nice being on the second floor and being able to take the stairs instead of the elevator. The resort has three towers with multiple pools and hot tubs, and you also have access to the Villas across a walkable bridge where there’s tennis, pickleball, and golf. It was a perfect setting for teens because they could spread out and walk around safely within the resort. It’s very close to numerous restaurants and shops including bowling and a roller skating rink. There is direct beach access from all the towers, and the beaches felt cleaner and quieter than other beaches along PCB. We walked to the pier every day and took photos at sunset. Chad was easy to work with and attentive to our needs. We would not hesitate to book this place again when visiting PCB!
