Guests will enjoy access to a plethora of resort-style amenities, including 11 pools, gulf-front hot tubs, a conference center, fitness facilities, an executive par-3 golf course, 10 tennis courts, 5 pickleball courts, on-site dining, and shopping venues. The gated enclave of Edgewater Resort ensures security and exclusivity for residents and their guests. With nearby beaches, entertainment options, and shopping destinations, this condo epitomizes coastal living at its prime.

There are 10 lighted Plexicushion tennis courts and pickleball courts and a complete pro-shop for equipment rental for tennis and golf. The fitness center features treadmills, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, ellipticals, rowing machines and stairmaster machines.

The resort also offers a hair salon, gift shop, health spa, massage therapy and tram service for the entire complex. Everything you need is nearby or onsite!

Just a short tram ride to the lagoon pool and the beach! The beachfront Lagoon Pool is 11,500 square feet of pure pleasure with four beachfront hot tubs. There are restaurants and a bar located nearby, too.

- Please note we only provide a starter pack of supplies (TP, paper towels, dish pod, laundry pod) despite your length of stay. You are responsible for anything beyond that.

- You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

- This property is NOT pet friendly.

- Beach towels are not provided so please pack your own.

- You will receive a digital welcome guide from us approx. 3 days prior to check-in.

- Parking is a separate $50 for one pass and guests must register online and pay before arrival. There is an option to purchase additional passes for a fee. Register and pay here prior to arrival at the guard gate:

- Please note that some amenities including but not limited to golf and fitness center are a separate charge to the community. The charge for the fitness center is $15/day or $50/week for a couple.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. Thank you for understanding.

- Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed inside or outside on the balcony. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping you will be charged $500.
