Just a short distance from the property, the Hombre Golf Club offers tees ranging from 5,275 to nearly 7,000 yards, allowing golfers to choose their level of difficulty. Nestled amidst wetlands, marshes, lakes and preserves, the course offers 27 holes in a natural woodland setting and is meticulously manicured to tournament conditions. Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort also offers an on-property 9-hole executive course, scattered with sand traps and water lagoons.

Loved it!

The unit was as described and was decorated beautifully. The host was responsive and helpful and check in was a breeze. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this unit again. The only thing is I’d bring kitchen towels next time because there was only one towel in the kitchen. Other than that, no complaints.

It was absolutely great! The entire condo had been updated from the listing shown and we were blew away at how nice all the amenities were. The resort itself had everything we needed, you literally would not have to leave if you didn't want to. The food downstairs by the pool was phenomenal and the staff were on top of everything. Beautiful poolscape and better than we imagined!

Our stay was great and the property was really nice. The only complaint we had was that couch in the family room was quite stained and didn’t feel like you were sitting on clean furniture. It didn’t feel like we could relax. Everything else was quite clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much! Great time of year to visit.

Beautiful view

This property had a beautiful view that we were able to see dolphins from the kitchen window. The condo was spacious but in need of a deep clean and maybe some fresh paint. The host was extremely accommodating when our flights got cancelled he was flexible with shifting our stay by a couple days as it was winter and no one in the condo after us. Off season they don’t heat the main pool and our pool at tower 2 was broken down for the majority of our stay. Since it was really quiet at the other pools we were able to go over there for a day. We were very happy we were able to hear the sound of the ocean coming in the balcony all day long.

We were a family of 6 adults and 1 child and had plenty of room to be comfortable. Everything was very clean and beds were comfortable. The kitchen is minimally stocked. We could’ve used another large pot and a crockpot to cook things on our beach days. We were traveling for a baseball tournament and Edgewater provided a place for all families to find something in their price range. The kids had a blast at the beach, in the pools, and feeding the turtles in the ponds. We never felt like we had to leave the resort.

The location was great. The view was very nice. I was disappointed in the furniture. The living room furniture was very dirty. The chaise lounge attached to the sofa had several stains on it. The bed spread in the bedroom was very plain. Just a little color would have helped that. There were no hangers at all in the condo. Only 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels and only 1 trash bag in the kitchen. I had to go buy a whole box of trash bags for only 6 day stay. The pool was heated and very nice.

The location was perfect and the view was the best we have had in all our years visiting PCB. The kitchen was full of everything you would need and then some. The only issues we had that were very minimal were the Ice Machine in the Freezer was not working, the couch could use a good cleaning and under the couch was full of sand (like it was just swept under the couch). Other than that everything about our stay was perfect. We would highly recommend this unit.

The Shower head in the big shower was completely clogged. I had to remove the shower head to use it. The large sliding door was so hard to open, due to worn out rollers, we couldn't use it. The handle on the small sliding door was broken so I installed a handle myself. The towel rack in the shower/bath was hanging on the wall with only one screw. We didnt use it. It was a nice stay and unit. It just needs to be maintained properly

Condo needs some TLC

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was decorated nicely; however, the size was smaller than the pictures made it look. There were a few things that need to be addressed about this condo. My biggest concern was the hall bathroom that connects to the 2nd bedroom. The door to the hallway had a lock but the door to the bedroom did not. At first I was okay with that because I could lock the bedroom door but no lock on the bedroom door either. The closet door in the non lockable bedroom was a bifold that was hanging on the track by one side with no knob. This was more of an aggravation trying to keep the door out of the way. We loved that the bedrooms had plenty of drawers to hold everyone’s clothes. In the master bathroom there were used q-tips from the previous guest and urine stains on the mattress cover. In the kitchen there were only 3 teaspoons so we had to eat our cereal in shifts until we could buy some plastic spoons. The refrigerator had no inserts in the door to hold food so it was basically non usable. It’s a cute little condo but definitely needs some TLC.

I wish there was more fun restaurants in walking distance. We had to get in our vehicle and travel to most places. The other issue we had was that the cleaning service did not do a great job cleaning before we arrived. There was chewed gum stuck to the outside of the garbage can lid and garbage in the bottom of the can. There was a coffee pod still in the coffee machine. We found hair and crushed chips on the floor in the living room. A dirty qtip in the queen bedroom next to the bathroom. Cleaning service definitely needs to be doing a better job.
