Great! Stay at the Beach

We had a great time staying in your beach house we had plenty of room for 8 adults a 3 and 5 year old and two babies. We would definitely stay again very easy access to the beach. We had a Great Time!

Great getaway spot!

Great vacation rental!!! We had a family destination wedding, just steps away from the beach. This was the perfect location, and East check-in and out process. Highly recommend!

Wonderful time!

Beautiful home, great accommodations, easy access to the beach, very responsive and kind property manager. We had 12 people ages 18 to 75, and everyone was very comfortable.

A week to remember!

A very nice community and an awesome rental. It is apparent the owner is committed to ensuring guests of every age have a memorable experience. Scheduling and the check-in/check-out process were great. I was informed about everything I needed to know in advance of my stay. Looking forward to the time when we can do it all over again!

Holiday Stay

Great for Large Group

We had a great stay- perfect location, house was great for a big group (however lots of steps may be hard with anyone with mobility issues), steps away from the beach. Wasn’t as clean as expected and showed some wear, but this didn’t negatively affect our stay. Only complaints are the property manager was not easy to access or responsive to the few questions we had, and the bunk room is much smaller than it appears (with no fan, so it got stuffy real quick). But overall, we had a great time and would rent again!

PCB Front Beach House Unit #4

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and beautifully decorated! The kids loved playing in the pool and we loved how close the house is to the beach. Public beach access is directly across the street from the unit. We had a couple minor problems but none of them effected our stay. The ice maker in the downstairs bedroom was leaking all over the floor. They did send a maintenance person and they just told us to leave it turned off. The bedspread in the downstairs master bedroom has multiple bleach stains on it and it needs to be replaced. We had a great week and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Needs some work

Check in was easy. Upon arrival our family is not sure what was cleaned besides fresh linens. Biggest complaint was the master bathroom clearly has a known leak as the family room ceiling in ruined. Didn’t think much of it until morning two when it was leaking on our iPad in the family room. So the couple staying in the master bedroom could not use the shower with the room. Also after arriving and unpacking discover the pull out couch downstairs is broken so we had to purchase an air mattress. Pretty sure the couches in the living room probably have broken pull outs too, but didn’t try them. The one recliner is broken and maintenance told us just needs replaced. The place needs a deep cleaning. The pool was not heated, but it was warmer temperatures so that could be why. The location was perfect directly across from the beach access.The beds were comfy. There was enough room for all. Biggest disappointment was the rental company who owns this never even called to apologize for the leak and not being able to use the shower or a bed. This is our family’s 9th year renting and never experienced that before. They did send a maintenance man out 2 days after they said they would and he had no answers but thanked us.

Florida Beach Stay

We had a fabulous time. The house was a great size for us. We loved the swimming pool out back and having the ocean across the street was great also. The beds were pretty comfortable… we did not use all of the hideaways, but we were a little surprised to open the one in the Master Bedroom on the third floor and find chips and other food items in the bed. We made sure to take off those sheets and leave them to be washed for the next person. There was also a cigarette butt on the floor in the first floor bedroom. It kind of looked like a joint, but I am not 100% positive. There was also a big bleach stain on the bedspread in the first floor bedroom… it didn’t hurt us, but for as much as we paid for the house, we would have appreciated it being replaced. The bikes that were provided were always pretty beat up. The view from the balcony on the second floor was fabulous . The windows on that end of the house.. made everything seem spacious and the ocean was great to see. All in all it was a good place to stay and we would go back.

Repairs

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The repair guy shows up 10 mins after we arrive (2 hours after check in) as he is “repairing” the ac he pulls out a filter that probably hasn’t been changed in almost a year. I check the other filter while he is there which ended up being just as gross, I kindly let him know it needs changed and he said he will come back with a new filter....he never returned. He left the old filter outside in front of the house crushed up in a dust filled ball (have pictures) also while he was there, I took pictures and pointed out all the broken things such as patio chairs (so rusted you couldn’t sit on them) kitchen chairs, broken blinds and shower knobs. Small things The floors haven’t been mopped in a long time. (I would advise them to get a new cleaning crew) the garage was so full of items previous people left behind so a car can’t fit in the garage BUT it was amazing having all those things available for free! The best things about this house was, the location, the view and the price. You are steps away from the beach, the view from the master was breathtaking and the price was like no other!! There was plenty of extra bedding for guest to use. Overall I would 100 percent recommend besides the little hiccups. I personally and my family members who stayed with us would return over and over again to this location, it’s also so close to the grocery stores. Thank goodness it was a few miles out from the tourist attraction of Panama because it ended up being bike week down there so it was nice to drive away from all the crowds/bikes/noise

Sunnyside of PCB

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this house for our family vacation! It is located on the west end of PCB that is actually called Sunnyside and it is beautiful. It was well maintained and it was spotless clean. There were bicycles in the garage, folding beach chairs water floats and other beach toys for our use. There is a private hot tub that was serviced twice while we were there and a large pool. There was plenty of parking and the ebach access was right across the street. THios hosue will become our go to location in PCB.

Rental Needs Some TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this house multiple times over the past several years and were surprised at the condition of the property this year. The house did not feel clean (food on dishes, sand in the floor, odd smell on the third level, etc.). Maintenance had to be sent out twice (once for a stopped up tub/shower and again for water leaking through the bottom level of the home). The furniture is getting worn with stains, including the rug, and the walls are in need of a paint job. The bedding is the same from several years ago and also had stains. Overall, the rental needs some TLC. We have enjoyed this rental house in the past but will likely be making other arrangements for next year’s vacation unless some updates are made.

Wonderful place

This place is absolutely perfect it smelled so good when we walked in everything was perfectly clean and beautiful its loaded with every single thing you need while you are there was 12 of us infant -65 and we all had a space alot of closets enough room for all you cant hear the neighbors thd pool and hot tub were great the walk right across the road to the beach was great no traffic i could go on and on this is one perfect place to be!
