Featuring, direct gulf views off the dining and living room areas. Sit on the balcony off the living room and listen to the waves. The entire condo was renovated in 2024 and features all new appliances, including a full-sized refrigerator and quartz counter tops. A half bath with a washer and dryer on the first floor. The living room has a comfy pull out sleeper sofa.

Upstairs you'll find a guest bedroom with direct gulf front views. There is a king bed as well as a twin blow up mattress for a total of 3 areas to sleep.
The master bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bath, and balcony views of Lake Powell and the bridge leading into Walton County. The resort has 2 pools, one that is partially covered for those hot beach days. It is also heated in the cooler months for year-round enjoyment. 2 saunas are available for your use. Pinnacle Port has 2 grilling areas located throughout the property one of them viewable from the living room balcony. They have a beach side playground, boat slips and docks for fishing. There are tennis/pickleball and bocce ball. All of this in a safe, gated community lined with sidewalks and palm trees for bike riding.

**This 2 story condo requires stairs to get to the second floor bedrooms & baths. This is an older building so the ceilings are lower-8 ft tall and it is not handicap accessible.
** There is a $35 parking fee per car per stay paid to the resort.
