This spacious, dog-friendly beach house bungalow will accommodate any vacation whether it be a family vacation or a reunion of friends! Live like a local with the beach right in front of you and breathe in the warm salty air the gentle breeze of the Gulf gives you. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a dishwasher for a quick and easy clean-up.



    Panama City Beach is well known for its legendary powdery white sand, sub-tropical climate (average temperature of 74Ā°F), incredible scuba diving (divers love exploring the Wreck Capital of the South), and outstanding fishing. Sunny Side townhome is strategically located within walking distance of some of the area's best attractions and restaurants. Not far is the classic Shipwreck Island Water park perfect for anyone in the family or down the road from St Andrews State Park. The list of amenities and activities at this vacation property is virtually endless. Right across the street is goofy golf and a go-kart track perfect for the kids.     There is no elevator

    Dog-friendly. Two dogs under 25 pounds allowed.

    During Spring Break, we rent to 'Families' or 'ALL' occupants must be a minimum of 25 years of age.

    Beach Chair Service rentals are available 3/1-10/31. This is not included in this property rental.



    You must notify us in advance if you will be bringing a dog. Please include breed and weight.



    Dogs not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English -Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog Hybrid.



    Other Things to Note:

    Pets are welcome at this property for an additional pet fee of $150 per stay. Please add your pet during the booking process or contact us prior to arrival so the fee can be applied.
