    Get ready for surf, sand, and plenty of sunshine at this cozy coastal condo located right on one of the area's largest private beaches. This cozy and colorful condo is spacious enough for a family beach vacation or a group getaway to the Emerald Coast. Inside, you'll find a roomy and inviting living area, a dining area with a table and seating for six, and a full, well-equipped kitchen ready to help you prepare anything from the morning coffee to delicious, full-course meals. Outside, you can kick back and enjoy the spectacular view off your furnished balcony. Guests will also enjoy access to on-site amenities including shared pools, indoor hot tubs, and a fitness center.



    With its central location, you'll have all of Panama City Beach's exciting attractions right at your fingertips! Shipwreck Island Waterpark is just four miles away, but kids can also experience the fun and excitement of Gulf World Marine Park just a little over a mile from your front door. And guests of all ages are sure to enjoy the many shops, restaurants, and other attractions available at Pier Park, less than a mile away.

"I could have left". The first full day the water stopped working around noon. We sent several messages, then called the host. They told us that the water was linked to the ac and they were fixing it. It came back on around midnight, so I thought all would be ok. It was on the next morning, but when we came back from the beach it was off again. Ruined dinner plans both nights. Did not get much feedback or help on what was going on. After hours on calls and messages, I asked for a refund on the stay. I was told that since we did not leave, they would not refund. They said "you could have left". We are 8 hours from home with no other reservations. Where did they expect us to go? We also had issues with the elevators being overcrowded. One night only 1 of the 3 elevators was working for a 30 floor building. Probably 15 minute wait each time. This is a terrible building.
