AQUA RESORT #2001~This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom east corner unit at Aqua Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida can't be beaten! The views and floorplan from this 20th floor (#2001) corner condo near Pier Park are amazing! The spacious layout allows for balconies off of each bedroom and plenty of room for the entire family.

Aqua is one of the premier beach resorts in the area with a close walking proximity to all of the activities at Pier Park!!

Condo Features:
*Top of the line appliances and granite counter tops in kitchen

* Dining Room table seats 6 and additional seating for 4 at kitchen bar

* Front loading washer and dryer in laundry closet

* TV's in all bedrooms and living room (All have cable)

*Gulf-Front pool and common areas feature water gardens, tropical landscape, a snack bar, 2 pools, including an indoor/outdoor (heated indoor pool with swim under access), hot tub, lounge chairs in sun and shade.

*WiFi access throughout the resort.

*Large theater/media room

*Indoor exercise facility with updated equipment makes it easy to work out with the beautiful view of the ocean from all equipment. This exercise facility also includes aromatherapy steam room

Aqua Resort will begin to charge $50 per vehicle for parking. You will register online and print your parking pass prior to your arrival. Check in and vehicle registration information for parking will be sent a week prior to your arrival date.

This condo was fantastic! Lots of room for my family! It was just as pictured. The beach and pools were great. Nice location, It was a short walk to Pier Park and there were some restaurants and shops just across the street. We would totally rent this place again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to PCB! The views were amazing from every balcony in the condo. So many great activities for all ages. I would love to give 5 stars across the board but I’ll be sending a private message to the owner about multiple housekeeping and appliance issues.

My family and I stayed here for our first time in PCB. We all loved the condo, it was so roomy and open, amazing views and three balconies…we were wowed by it! The building had some construction going on, which was noted before I booked, but we didn’t stay at the condo much anyway, so it didn’t bother us. The beach was amazing and we were walking distance to many restaurants and activities, which was great because there was a lot of traffic during spring break. Overall loved the condo and would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at 2001! The condo is beautiful, the views amazing, well stocked, decor is beachy and the floor plan is the best at Aqua. We've stayed at a lot of condos in PCB and Aqua rates among the best. We would book again for future visits.

Great property and location! My husband and I, along with two other couples rented Unit 2001 for 5 days for the Seabreeze Jazz Festival. We found the property management team to be very responsive and professional. While we could have used a few more wine glasses, the unit was well equipped and met our needs. We will stay here again when in the area.

We stayed for a short girl’s trip with family. Amazing condo! Clean, beautiful, spacious! I am very picky about where we stay and I can’t say anything negative about this unit! It was a slow weekend so we had plenty of space on the beach and at the pool. Hope to stay again in the future!

Great condo. Layout is awesome. Very well stocked. Being on the 20th floor requires patience with the elevators. Patio furniture could be updated but functional. Building is well maintained. I would recommend this unit.

Property was exactly as advertised! We loved the location and convenience to beach activities. We noticed there were several activities that happened around the pool in the evening that we were unaware of. It would be nice if a listing were provided in the units. We missed several live music events.

Only down fall was parking. Not sure if it was over booked or what but we paid for parking but had trouble finding a spot most of the time! One night no spots were left. Room was beautiful and very clean! second year at Aqua and this room was definitely our favorite so far!

Beautiful condo. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Management was quick to address a couple of issues. Resort Wi-Fi was poor when trying to steam channels. We did not experience this last year. More silverware needed but everything else in kitchen was plentiful. We would stay at Aqua Resort again.

Overall the place was beautiful. My only complaint was the “start up” amount of toiletries was barely able to get us through the first day. Also, was not aware that the “start up” amount of toiletries only included two trash bags? It made it difficult to keep the place clean. Property was gorgeous, everything is as it looks in the photos! Beach access was on a beautiful beach and was perfect. Check in and out process was a breeze.
