The home features an open concept living room, kitchen and dining room on the first floor. You'll also find a laundry room, half bath, and deck access on the main level.
The living room sofa also features a pull-out queen bed as an extra sleeping option.

- Seabreeze Beach Access An easily accessible option with parking across 30A. A 4-minute drive from the property!
- Walton Dunes Beach Our favorite, with no boardwalk and a hassle-free walk straight onto the sand.
- Inlet Beach Regional Access A bit farther but easy by car! Great for ample parking, lifeguards, and restrooms.
Prominence neighborhood ~
The Prominence subdivision is a great spot for families. It is right in the middle of all the 30A attractions! You can get anywhere along 30A on the included golf cart. Several beach access points are available within 1 mile. You can park you golf cart and have toes in the sand within 3-5 mins. The Town of Prominence is located on HWY 30A between Seagrove Beach and Alys Beach, next to WaterSound Beach. Residents will enjoy easy access to a beautiful town center at The Big Chill, resort-style pools, and nearby walking trails of Deer Lake State Park. ''The Big Chill'' includes restaurants, shops, and an amphitheater with a covered event pavilion, a cinema screen for movies, as well as a stage for concerts and events.

To note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (unit A). There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non- shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience.
