This was ideal for our quick getaway. Close proximity to Rosemary beach shops and restaurants. The Property was clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was fully furnished along new Appliances.

Capistrano Stay

We enjoyed our two week stay at this condo unit. It was nice to be on the lower level with easy access to the beach. My husband worked during the day and never had any problems with the internet. The condo was clean and simple. Great place to stay with a pet.

Good stay

Great place for price. Location is good, right on the beach with stairs down to the beach. Yes the building is older and needs updating outside but they’ve done a good job updating as much as possible inside. A few repairs still need to be finished like sand drywall and paint in a few areas. Nicely decorated and clean upon arrival. No problems during our stay. Would rent again

Nice Location

The beachfront access is wonderful and the outdoor area of the property is nicely maintained. The owners were very communicative when issues arose. You get what you pay for however as the bathroom showers are coffin-feeling and kitchen had some components that didn't work. The beds were also rather uncomfortable. The location to the beach was great and we really enjoyed the easy access for a nice beach spot.

Great Stay on 30a

This rental was wonderful. The unit is located on the beach side of 30a and has a private beach access for the building down to a very nice stretch of relatively uncrowded beach. The unit was clean and comfortable overall, communication with the property manager was wonderful, and it is extremely well located. Criticisms are updates that could be made to the unit, many of which are cosmetic only, and a potential need to replace/upgrade mattresses . I have stayed in 10+ rentals along 30a, and overall, this was a very good price/value option.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and grounds. Quiet and relaxing stay. However, the rental is outdated. Was not clean. Oven had oven cleaner not wiped down in it. Bathrooms had dust but somewhat clean, outdated. Disappointed with the cleanliness.

Beach wedding

We had a wonderful trip… great access to the beach and Alys beach where the wedding took place. Very accommodating so we could get in as soon as the property was ready to get ready for the welcome party. Would highly recommend

This condo was very spacious and great location. Only complaints are the tvs are somewhat confusing to use and the showers are very small(shower head is only comfy for people under 5’7” and the walls were curved so hard to hold our shampoos bottles), minor things.

Lovely condo. Loved the green space and private beach access with chairs and umbrella reserved for us! We would definitely stay again. Great location to drive to Seaside or Rosemary Beach. Easy to get to the airport. Great Experience!

Family Spring Break - would stay here again

Location is fantastic. Perfect for young families as we were back and forth from the beach frequently each day. Kids loved playing in the grassy area at the condo. Beach was pristine and having the chairs and umbrella set up early each morning was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.
