Family Spring Break - would stay here again

Location is fantastic. Perfect for young families as we were back and forth from the beach frequently each day. Kids loved playing in the grassy area at the condo. Beach was pristine and having the chairs and umbrella set up early each morning was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Labor Day Get Away

The condo was awesome! It was super clean and we had everything we needed. It is in a great location and getting to the beach was a breeze. We had a very relaxing weekend. So, if you're all about that beach life and cozy living, this place nailed it! We would definitely stay here again.

The dog friendly apartment was perfect for our pooch as she had a nice grass area to run and we could just walk straight down to the water. Private parking space. High quality furnishings and clean unit! No beach towels included- so pack your own. But beach chairs and umbrellas are included. We will certainly return in the future!

Always a pleasure staying at Capistrano E101

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying at this location. We have two toddlers (3 and 2 years) and it was perfect. The apartment is safe and child friendly and we love that we can have them play outside in the grass area. There were only 2 "problems" but they didn't affect us directly. One being that the main shower was EXTREMELY slow to drain, but we used the hall bathroom for showers, no problem. Secondly, the internet was pretty weak. Both of these issues were addressed by the manager. We would love to book again, but our family is growing and we will need more space.We used bikes to make our way to Rosemary beach or to Big Chill. It was awesome.
