Calypso Beach Resort East Tower – 1st floor Ocean Front Views 3 BR 2 BA condo is located directly on the beach 1/2 Block East of Pier Park. The closest resort to Frank Brown Park it is one of the newest resorts on the Gulf Coast. Enjoy breathtaking Ocean-Front views that will provide memories for a lifetime.

Master bedroom has king-size bed with direct access to the patio. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom offers a Twin over Full Size Bunk Beds. It sleeps 9 guests comfortably including a NEW Queen Sofa Sleeper. All 3 bedrooms have flat-screen LCD TV’s.

Relax by the sugar-white sands and crystalline waters of Panama City Beach, come stay and pamper yourself at our spacious 1300-square-foot newly decorated condo, right on the beach.

Enjoy the large balcony and straight out Ocean Front View overlooking close to 700 feet of sugar white beaches and emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the Gorgeous Panoramic Views down the beach to the East and to the West is the City Fishing Pier. .

A large Tiki bar is between the two pools for a refreshing drink. A cardio-fitness facility and a secure gated parking garage for your use during your stay.

Kitchen granite counter tops / breakfast bar and an adjoining dining area, tile floors throughout the entire condo, custom cabinets, and appliances. This beautiful, upscale condo includes many other upgrades not found in other Calypso Condos.

Great stay!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is conveniently located on the first floor close to the beach, parking and all amenities. It was easy to walk to the pool and beach with small kids. We are planning to return here next year.

Up-to-date condo with clean and crisp interiors. We were happy with our stay. It was nice to be in Walking distance to Pier Park. Always something to do.

Excellent location for Ironman Florida Triathlon

Great location and stay for IRONMAN Florida. Only issues: needed more garbage bags and sliding doors to patios were difficult to lock/unlock. Thanks!

Very nice condo

We loved being on the bottom floor! This condo was exactly as described. Was a little worried about being by the pool but had a great view of the ocean and would definitely stay there again.

25th Anniversary

We spent a week in our condo. Overall we were very pleased with it. The kitchen was well stocked. It was clean. The kitchen chairs were broke and missed matched and should be replaced but this MY opinion. I would definitely stay again.

Great Location - Nice Unit

Stayed March 2024 Spring break with daughter and her friends. Loved, loved being on the bottom floor. Easy in, easy out. No elevators to deal with. Unit is in front of the pool which was convenient, and noise wasn't an issue. Loved being so close to Pier Park, overall great vaca and would rent again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The week actually went great even though the anticipated hurricane was coming. The condo was spacious enough for all of us. Just a few complaints: the queen bed was not very comfortable, the drawers in the refrigerator were broken, the couch was broken in alot and almost all of dining room table chair backs were broken. The dryer also took a long time to dry normal size loads. Despite the need for updated furniture, we still had a great stay in this condo!

Cousins Condo Reunion

Conda was clean, convenient, and staff did everything they could to assure everything was perfect. Only minor issue, we didn't bring toilet paper, and only one roll per bathroom is provided. Our group was 70 yo husband, his 86 yo aunt, myself and 3 of husband's cousins, who are retired to various cities in FL. We meet every year during for Thunder Beach. Hubby rides, and we ladies cook, play cards, and swim. This property is ideal. First year we stayed here, because owners decided to be permanent residents where we have stayed the last few years. Unanimous agreement this is our new spot! Thanks for a lovely experience!

Uncomfortable beds

The cleaning crew is definitely amazing but the bunk room has busted blinds, street view room has a horrible bed, broken closet doors and there is an obnoxious static sound. Tv was off when sound would go. Ocean view rooms bed is very uncomfortable and springy. Pull out couch is broken and we had to buy foam for kids to sleep. Completely missed that this condo did not come with chairs on the beach. Sadly will not return. Thank you for allowing us to rent.

Panama

It was a good stay the only drawback is the water heater over flowed into the middle hallway and the master bedroom getting the floor and the rugs wet. When we called maintenance it took them all day to come take care of it and we had to call them twice. They was suppose to come back the next day to remove the rig but they didn’t and it smells mildewy. The kids around the floor would come banging on our door at night and run off. We liked the convenience of the condo Judy not sure we would stay there again. Need to update maintenance men to follow through with plans.

We had an issue with the sliding door and there was a leak somewhere in the condo. The floor was constantly wet. The water was seeping through the floor. We let them know the first day that we got there and someone finally came to fix the door the last day that we were there and no one responded about the floors ever.

Reviewer Comments: The only good thing I can say about this condo is that the location was great! Other than the above noise(which is expected) staying on the first floor was good for easy access to the pool and beach! There is nothing worse than having to clean before you start your vacation! We are not clean snobs but we have been staying in vacation rentals for over 30 years and this was in the top 5 worse for being dirty someone should probably check the cleaning crew and I know that they have many rooms to clean but when you pay a lot of money for a vacation rental being clean is a top concern! The mattress in the master bed definitely needs replaced !

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great, unit felt dirty, and had a lot of small broken things that would be easy to fix if someone cared. Our feet and/or socks were black from walking around the unit. The shower liners are covered in mold and nasty looking. The master bathroom sink stop was broken, keurig and toaster broken, sticky stuff on floors where rugs used to be. Some easy fixes, a deep clean and some caulk would go a long way. Overall, not well maintained, would not stay there again or recommend.

Beach view and 1st floor access was wonderful, however condos furniture, curtains, pillows were extremely dirty and even were showing wholes… closet door broken. kitchen area needs a complete over haul. We covered all furniture with extra sheets and made do. Owners need to invest in some updates…These places are expensive to rent and should be kept updated.
