Overlooking the tree-lined boardwalk and neighboring rooftops, Bunny's Cottage provides an ideal location nearest the Sky Pool, Rosemary Beach Fitness Center and Rosemary Beach Racquet Club. The beach beckons from a mere 500 steps away with walkover access at Walkover C near the Eastern Green. Nearby Rosemary Beach Town Center, Alys Beach, Seacrest and Inlet Beach offer shopping and eateries within walking and biking distance of Bunny's Cottage. The property's 4 adult bikes are the perfect mode of transportation to reach these area attractions.



Entering the main house's first floor, guests are greeted by the first of three sitting rooms complete with flat screen tv, plush sofa and chair. Children and teens will enjoy the adjoining bunk room with full over full bunk and an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The king guest bedroom also offers its complement of an en suite bath with shower/tub combination. Rounding out the main floor is the walkthrough laundry with access from the courtyard walkway allowing guests to drop their beach towels before heading upstairs.



Ascending to the second floor, the open kitchen extends to the stairwell with a welcoming wet bar and coffee station. The kitchen offers top of the line appliances including a Viking gas oven and stove, a microwave, standard drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee machine are also at the ready. Opt for casual barstool seating for three at the breakfast bar or the dining room's tabletop seating for up to six guests. The main living room provides a space to relax with a comfortable sofa and two chairs, flat screen, and access to the second floor's large, covered balcony with two hanging porch swing beds. This is the absolute perfect spot to relax with a book, simply enjoy the salt air, or take an afternoon nap after a day at the beach. A half bath services the second-floor common areas. Tucked behind the kitchen, the master bedroom hosts a king bed, flat screen tv, and an en-suite, spa-style master bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.



The main house's top floor holds the remaining two guest rooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed and access to a shared bathroom with a combination shower/tub. The third and final main house living space rounds out the space with a chaise lounge and two chairs plus a flat-screen tv.



Courtyard features include an outdoor sectional and chair, a fire table, and an outdoor shower.

All bedrooms and living spaces in Bunny's Cottage & Carriage House feature flat-screen TVs. High-speed internet is available.
