Be one of our first guests to stay with us! Everything is brand new and fully renovated. We have put special care in providing everything that you may need during your stay. Happy to answer any questions that may arise since reviews are limited as this property just became available for short term rental April 2022! We also have B unit if your dates are booked for A unit or you are just in need of more space for you group that can be booked together! B unit has been beautifully renovated in 2023 with new kitchen, bathroom and brand new furnishings throughout.

The host were very helpful and were great the location of this home is close to everything including the beach right across the street, the house was clean and they allow dogs with no breed restrictions bc I couldn’t find anywhere for my pit mix so no dog judgement is great !

Exceptional Stay in a Stunning Location with an Outstanding Host!

This property is nothing short of amazing, located in an incredible location with a host who truly goes above and beyond. Our host was not only swift and efficient in their responses but also ensured the property was in immaculate condition. The level of cleanliness was truly remarkable, adding to our overall comfort and satisfaction during our stay. We had such an enjoyable time that we extended our stay by an additional two nights. As a family of five with two children on the autism spectrum, a quiet and peaceful environment is crucial for us. Thankfully, the property is tucked away in a serene neighborhood providing the tranquility we needed. Also, it's quite a rarity to find a beach-close home at an affordable rate without any compromises on cleanliness or quality. Unlike some of our previous experiences (we once had a dreadful month-long stay in California), this place was a refreshing change. There was no trace of mold or any reason to question the cleanliness of the linen, which, sadly, isn't always a given. In summary, our stay was nothing short of delightful. A big thank you to our wonderful host for making this possible!

Extremely nice & affordable place to stay

This was my first time visiting PCB & not staying directly on the beach. This place was pet friendly & very convenient access to the beach. The place was very clean & had everything we needed. Everything was explained clearly & the hosts were quick to respond & very accommodating. My sister & I will definitely keep this place on our favorite list!

A little longer walk to beach than expected!Was told by a BeachComber employee not to walk Through there Property's to Beach ,unless a customer!It’s a good 2-3 blocks from beach to a cross walk light.Was a very busy road to cross.

I highly recommend it, the apartment is equipped with literally everything from the bedroom to the kitchen with access to the washing machine and dryer, you don't have to worry about anything it is very quiet and above all clean, you only need to cross the street to enjoy the white sand on the beach and warm water, we will definitely go back there.

Celebrating husband and son’s birthday

It was a wonderful stay. First time using any type of VRBO and this place was amazing. We did 4 nights and it was perfect. It was very hard finding a place that would allow a German shepherd and they did not discriminate, They welcome our dog with open arms . If we ever plan another trip to PCB again I will for sure see if they have any availability .

Quiet, easy access to almost every place

Home was small, but adequate for our needs. The advertised queen bed seemed like only A regular bed and the mattress was very hard for us. The twin beds were hard to sleep on also. We purchased 2” foam memory pads and mostly solved the problems. The house was otherwise very nice and the yard was very nice for grilling etc. The hosts were excellent in communication and met our needs when contacted.
