Wonderful

The place was so beautifully decorated and clean. Loved the view from the balcony and that our part of the beach was not crowded. If we visit Panama City Beach again, would definitely stay here again.

Great PCB Location

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Reef. Great location, the condo was neat and clean and the kitchen had all of the essentials needed. The large patio overlooking the gulf was the best feature of all.

Ocean Reef 1708 was a great location for our gathering. It was very spacious, clean, and conveniently located near restaurants and family activities. We really enjoyed the serenity of the ocean. Beach front and pools were always clean and helpful staff. Great place to stay! Absolutely recommend.

Nice Condo!

We enjoyed staying in the Condo. There were some good amenities like hot spa, temperature controlled pool outdoor and indoor and was a fun experience. Covered and a designated parking lot was a plus.

Overall very impressive condo we had a great time. We absolutely loved it. The only down side was there is no bar at the pool for drink and no restaurant but the place is immaculate the condo was perfectly designed. Balcony was huge and the beach access was great. Definitely would stay there again

LOVED LOVED LOVED the condo. Everything that was in the description was exactly how it was Every picture is how it looks in person. Very Very clean from the elevator to every inch of the condo. The Balcony is so relaxing easy to fall asleep out there. Definitely will be back!

Vacation

The location was great. The sunsets and the fly over of the jets were fabulous to see. The only down fall was that it day TV but there is no cable. As well if the kitchen would have a few essential like some spices and a few more garbage bags, paper towel that would make a big difference Besides that we loved the condo.

Ocean Reef 1708

We LOVED this property! I almost don’t want to tell anyone about so that I can book it again! It was the most clean and pristine condo I have ever stayed in. Gorgeous decor, upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. The property management sent messages to make sure we were happy. They did ask us to move the patio furniture inside due to Hurricane Helene, which we were mostly able to do, with the exception of the nice large table and some heavy chairs. We always enjoy Ocean Reef, but this was, by far, the loveliest place.

Look No Further

I have stayed at many condos at Ocean Reef through the years, but this condo was by far our favorite. The condo had been beautifully updated with all the essentials. This was the first time we didn’t have to worry about beach chairs, a boogie board, or a cart to transport our belongings. The condo smelled clean and was very clean. I was also greeted with a beautifully decorated birthday cake, balloon, and card. It put a smile on my face since they took the extra step to recognize my birthday. Thank you for making us feel at home. We will definitely book here again next year!!!

Great location to stay. Have everything you need.

We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to friends and families. We especially love the big comfy couch. My kids ended up sleeping on the couch the whole stay since it was so comfy. Location was great and was close to everything. We had a beach wedding at the Runaway and it’s just a minute walk. The only con is that the floors were very dirty and should have been mopped. We know it’s the beach and the floors will always get dirty from sand and dirt but it would’ve been nice to step on clean floors upon arrival. Also the middle bathroom shower curtain needs to be changed due to mold. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will recommend and will look forward to staying here again.

Absolutely Perfect

Our mini spring break vacation was absolutely fantastic! The property was clean, security guard at the parking lot was pleasant. We had one parking pass with our unit, with an assigned spot. We had a 2nd car that we had to purchase a $20 parking pass for the overflow lot. (Conveniently located across the street) Great location, walking distance to many places. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, spacious, kitchen well stocked, and beds were comfortable. Beautiful views from the extra large balcony. Realjoy management team had great communication and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend staying in this condo!

Great View (Parking Tip)

The condo was great and we would stay here again. The parking spot is up against a wall making it very difficult to get in and out if there are cars parked behind you. I didn't think about it until the last day, but I wish I would have parked in the overflow parking to avoid this. Also, maybe it was mentioned and I forgot, but the condo does come with a couple beach chairs, toys, umbrella, and a cart that can be used to wheel stuff to and from the car (not for beach use). Would be great if they left laundry detergent instead of having to buy one for a single load.

Overall loved the condo and the facilities, the beach was great and the feel was very family friendly. We did have a couple of minor issues but management took care of them eventually and the stay was relaxing and peaceful. Love that the building was non-smoking too. One note, the parking space is very small and tight. Overall a great trip!
