Beautiful Gulf Front Condo! 30A & PCB

  • This two story condo has a full kitchen, half bath/Full size laundry and living area on the main floor and 2 bedrooms (Kings) , 2 full bathrooms on the second floor. The living room has a balcony overlooking the beautiful white sand beach and blue waters of the gulf and the master balcony has view of Carillon Neighborhood and side view of the Gulf. Condo has a queen sleeper sofa as well as a nook that can be used for extra sleeping space. Guests can access 2 pools, tennis courts, basketball court, Bocce ball court, shuffle board, Dock on lake Powell, Fitness center and men's and women's sauna
