This unit is equipped with 2 Bedrooms, the master with a king size bed and flatscreen TV and en suite bath.

The second bedroom with two queen size beds and a flat screen tv.

Two bathrooms in this unit, one off of the master bedroom is equipped with a shower/tub combo, the second is equipped with a beautiful walk in shower.

Enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, 3 barstools provide great extra seating to the 4 person dining table.

Built in 2006, Ocean Villa is a 23 story high rise building with 125 units. There are 21 floors of condominium units, 6 units per floor, with parking garage decks on the first two floors. All units are beach front 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, with large oversized balconies overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Each individual unit has approximately 1,200 square feet of interior floor space.

Ocean Villa also has a three-story parking garage across the street from the main building. There is a pedestrian skywalk bridge connecting the 3rd floor parking garage deck to the 3rd floor of the main building.

Here for the Winter months? No problem. Ocean Villa has a large indoor/outdoor heated pool that you can enjoy no matter what the weather outside is doing. Swimming is fun no matter the time of year. Clean bathrooms and clean interior pool deck is a mainstay here and something we pride ourselves on. So go swimming any time while you’re at Ocean Villa. We’ll leave the light on for you.

Just had a quick dip in the gulf or the pool and want that warm feeling before heading to your condo, just stop by our Indoor pool area and enjoy the spacious steam room. Clean and comfortable.

Keeping fit, even while on vacation, is a big deal to a lot of folks. We have a fitness room with large glass panes ceiling to floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico where you can ride the bikes and walk the treadmill while you enjoy the scenic view outside. Beautiful views and great location

We came down the week of July 4th for a family vacation. The condo was beautiful with an amazing view. We felt it was very cental located to everything. Great beach days and marvelous restaurants!! Host was amazing in responding to questions quickly!

Ocean Villa Sunsets

We enjoyed our 11 night stay at this lovely condo on Panama City Beach. We particularly enjoyed the large bowed balcony with its variety of seating options, which all had a stunning view of the sunset! The beds were comfortable and the condo was tastefully decorated. We really appreciated the delivery of a new recliner the second day in. So comfortable!

Loved the open floor plan and the spacious bedrooms & bathrooms. Balcony also was larger with plenty of seating! Plenty of closet space too! Location was perfect to most restaurants & Pier Park!

Spring Break

Loved the condo! Well stocked and super clean upon arrival. Parking was great. This unit came with two parking passes. Beautiful view and overall wonderful stay! Only issue I had was the coffee pot was missing a piece and the beach service ended up not being included as advertised. Both would be a very simple fix. Would absolutely recommend this unit to others and would definitely book again myself!

Great vaca place

Great location. Great view. Nicely decorated condo. Enjoyed the beach, pools, and spa. Appreciated use of the beach chairs (great value added). Rented a pontoon and visited seashell island. The entire experience was wonderful.

Perfect balcony view

The condo is close to a Walmart, and in fact, we walked to this Walmart more than we drove to it. If you want to go to Pier Park and some of the other tourist attractions, you would have to drive. But for relaxing by the pool or beach, this place is ideal!

Perfect For Our Family!!!

We loved it here! Great view, plenty of space for our family of 5! For the most part it was clean. You could tell that under furniture and behind things that it doesn't get cleaned regularly but overall wasn't too bad. The only thing I wished it would've had was a rug by the door to put shoes on. I think that would help so that sand doesn't get drug all over the apartment. Otherwise no complaints here! I would definitely recommend to stay here! would love to visit again!!!

Excellent condo!

This unit was very clean and well stocked. Furniture was comfy and there was plenty of drawer space, cabinet space, and closet space. The master shower water pressure was amazing! The dishwasher stopped working, so I reached out to the property owner. He responded quickly and had maintenance replace with a new dishwasher that same day! Excellent communication. We will keep this unit in mind for future vacations!

Family of 6 Vacation

The view from the 16th floor is Amazing. The elevator takes a while, so be patient about that. Beds are comfortable but the pull out sofa was not. We went to Walmart and bought a full size air mattress to put on top of it. . The balcony is very spacious and has several seating options. Living room and master both have doors to balcony. Kitchen is well stocked. We did lots of cooking and had everything we needed. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the balcony overlooking the Gulf. The water was beautiful, clear and calm (yellow flag the entire week we were there). We took a boat snorkeling Tour to Shell Island, and went to Saint Andrews State Park. We also did a family sunrise portrait with True North Photography. Shopping is close, Uncle Ernies for dinner Kinda pricey but very good. Beaches are clean and so pretty, a lot of people though. Overall, recommend this complex and this unit.

Nice condo On 16th floor

The condo was clean. No bugs or water leaks. I love the big balcony, the table, chairs and the lounge chairs. I appreciate the box fans in the bedrooms. I liked the regular dining room table and chairs and bench. My concerns: No nightlight in the bathrooms, no anti slip grips in the tubs. The towel holder in the master bedroom kept falling out of its holder. The Master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and high. I’m 5” 2” Practically needed a stepstool to get up in it. And it was so soft I couldn’t even turn over. The sheets were kind of rough, and a couple of pillows did not even have pillowcases on them. There was only three washrags in the master bedroom, and there were no kitchen rags in the kitchen. The second bedroom is located on the roadside and there must not be very much insulation because you can hear everything that’s going on outside. Cars going up and down the road, etc. One of the two pizza pans in the pantry was dirty. There was not a lot of kitchen utensils. Also the Air conditioner is set to where you cannot put it below 70° . It’s nice to have it low when you sleep at night . But our main Gripe were the elevators. There were three of them which were being worked on all week long and every day only one was working Sometimes you had to wait in line 30 minutes to get an elevator And then it would stop at every floor even though there was nobody standing there to get on. It was very aggravating. We were there the nights of 5/18-5/24

We all used the new updated bathroom since the one in the master has very strong water pressure and with a sunburn it wasn't a good combination. Wish that bathroom could be updated eventually as well. The dishwasher is probably on its last leg. The beds were all super comfortable and the fridge is nice (the ice machine is froze up that's why it won't make ice). The pool was closed a lot in the rain and they said it was due to lightening and thunder but the pool at Ocean Ritz remained opened so that was a little disappointing. Also you do get 2 chairs but they are for the chairs in front of Ocean Ritz not Villa so we never used them since they were so far away. Elevators had some issues but never had to wait long. We would stay in this room again!

Overall, this was a great stay for us to be able to enjoy a wonderful vacation. We did have a run in with a bad door code lock. Luckily with good communication with the property manager, they were able to send a maintenance worker to replace our code box and we were finally able to get in the condo. The condo was very nice and clean! I would definitely recommend to the next family that comes to stay!
