Memorable Moments!

We have stayed at AquaVista several times and this condo is by far the best one yet. The condo is exactly like advertised. It was clean and the beds were comfy. The host is amazing!! I highly recommend this condo!

Excellent stay

The condo is well appointed for a beach stay. It comes with the beach chairs and umbrella service which was wonderful. You can hear the surf from the balcony. Our family agrees will stay here again!

Perfect escape

The condo what’s exactly what we needed. The owners were super accommodating. It was very clean and well stocked. The sound of the waves crashing on the shore was a bonus. Beach access was steps away. This condo is perfect for a little escape.

Celebrating 50

Sorority sisters reunion

Great Location and Great Communication

This property location is amazing! The building is not as crowded as others, and that was evident from how few people were on the beach. Excellent and quick communication from the owners. Condo itself is spacious with a lot of small extras that were super helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Bachelorette Weekend

Great condo in a convenient location. Just make sure you print your parking pass before you get there. We missed that and had to run to CVS to get it printed. Other than that it’s a great place to stay.

Panama City girls trip

The views are absolutely amazing. Spent most of the time in the ocean. The condo was gorgeous loved the quieter location. Only negative was the parking got a parking pass a year in advance had to park across the street three times meanwhile people parking with no visible pass in their window.

Beachfront 3 bedroom

We loved the location and the unit. One downside was the full sized mattress in the one bedroom was not comfortable for my daughter. She said it had a divert in the middle. This is not on the owners but the hot tub was not hot for a few days and it did not bubble. We saw some awesome sunsets, dolphins and fireworks ( we were there for new year’s)from the balcony. We would definitely book again if our travels take us back to Panama City Beach

Great location!

The condo was in a great location. There is a grocery store right across the street. The beaches were clean and not overcrowded. Of course, we were there in the off season. We loved that the condo came with the rental beach chairs and umbrella. There were six adults staying and we had plenty of room. The deck was amazing. The beds were comfortable but could us an upgrade on their pillows. We never had to wait for an elevator and there were plenty of carts. The condo was very clean. The only issue we had during our stay was that they had a gnat infestation and the master bathroom had a musky smell after we took a shower. Over all we loved the condo and would stay again once the gnat situation was taken care of.

Family Spring Break Trip

My family and I stayed over spring break. We were very glad to get away from the cold weather in Wisconsin. The warm sun felt wonderful. The beach was very uncrowded. So that was great. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The balcony and windows had amazing views. The beach/ocean were even closer to the condo than I expected. We found some amazing shells after a storm. We even saw some starfish in the water. We saw dolphins multiple times. We walked to the pier down the beach. Went to a few tasty restaurants and took advantage of the grocery store right across the street. The beach chair service was great to have. We had an amazing time. Thank you for sharing your place with us to make new memories.

Aquavista Beach Front Getaway!

I want to thank the owners for making their home available through VRBO. Their condo was perfect for us. The condo was very clean and the kitchen had the right amount of dishes and cookware. We loved the balcony. The location is fabulous. Right off the roundabout so you don’t get caught up in the traffic heading to Pier Park and the large high rise condominium complexes. Also you can easily zip out the west end. Winn Dixie and CVS are an easy walk. Pier Park is about a mile so an easy drive or Uber. In addition, there are vendors between the park and the pier with the jet skis and kayaks/paddleboards. The heated pool and hot tub were working in early Mar. The parking under the complex is very nice (includes a bike rack if you rent bikes) and the beach access is so easy. We did walk to the pier and back. It was nice but we didn’t see any fish or other interesting things people seem to rave about. I believe it was 4 adult/3 senior. We are so grateful to the owners for a fabulous experience. The only con is the beds. If you are picky on beds/mattresses read the prior reviews. I can sleep almost anywhere but I do know others are not so lucky. Lastly the owners are very responsive to questions. We didn’t have any issues while but before we left we had our questions answered and we had an emergency number if we needed to get ahold of them. We definitely hope to be back and stay at this rental.

Amazing location and beautiful beach

We really enjoyed Panama City Beach and this unit allowed us to be on and off the beach in just minutes! The property had covered parking available for our whole trip. The hosts always responded to us very quickly. It was a safe, family oriented, quiet building which was exactly what we were looking for. The beach and pool were never crowded. The porch furniture in the condo is actually nicer than the photos show! We were able to walk across the street to Winn Dixie using sidewalks and crosswalks - no need to drive! Highly recommend the Discovery and Science Center for a day out of the heat for little ones. It wasn’t ideally equipped for the youngest people in our party (preschoolers) and we found it very tight around the table for eight of us (4 adults and 4 children 1-6 years old.) There is indeed bar seating, but we felt the these seats unsafe for the littles and since they need supervision, we crammed around the table and used the extra chairs in the unit. Our overall experience was very positive so I would stay here again, even with toddlers. I will bring with me a children's picnic table and child size plastic plates, bowls and cups because all of the kitchen wares were too big and klunky for them (we had to buy a lot of paper goods.) I wished for: fold up step stools (toddler hand-washing!) and some extra shelving for a place put groceries, there was very limited space for that.
