Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
All trash is removed and placed in the trash chute. All dirty dishes are placed in the dishwasher and the dishwasher started. No linens are lost or damaged. Soiled towels are placed in the tub.
The refrigerator/freezer is completely empty, except for the ice bin. 6 wristbands are placed back into their container. No oils or grease are poured down the sink.
No contents were removed from the unit. Gym access keys are returned if requested for access and provided.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Beautiful location and stay. Only downsides: we were frustrated by parking registration problems and extra cost at the end of a long travel day. However, Avi was responsive. Great to have umbrella & beach chairs, except the chairs were quite corroded. Still a beautiful place and would recommend.

The Perfect Getaway

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The view of the ocean from the balcony was breath taking! The condo had all the essentials we needed and the host Avi was great with communication! The decor and furniture in the condo was perfect for a beach vacation. My kids loved the kid pool area and the quick access to the beach which is literally directly out of the hotel. The elevators are also surpisingly fast which was an added bonus. Would absolutely stay here again with Avi as a host!

The condo was wonderful! Everything was clean and exactly as described with plenty of supplies, pillows, beach chairs, etc! The view from the balcony was amazing! We even got to see dolphins! The host was very responsive and checked in by text several times! The resort was very clean, amazing breakfast at the cafe. FYI, the little bar access the street has the best Pina Coladas and Bloody Mary’s! We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great. The location was perfect, right on the beach. The condo itself was super nice and very clean. We loved the view from the balcony. Communication with the owners was super easy and replies were always fast. Overall great experience. Will be booking again if we head back to PCB.

Beautiful view and very clean

We loved this property. I was impressed with all the starter items. It was so helpful. Of course we enjoyed the beach but we also spent a good bit time at outdoor pools in Tower one. This unit is on the 22nd floor and never had to wait long for the elevator. The beach umbrella and Nautical brand chairs in MBR closet were great. The owner checked on us and helped us get what we needed. Our family had a great week and would definitely use this unit again.

The property manager was always available. The residence was very clean and included all the amenities we needed for our comfort and convenience. Parking was very convenient. The view to the beach was spectacular and the shopping areas were within no more than a four mile radius. We thoroughly enjoyed the place and would rent it again.

Stayed here with my family for the Ironman 70.3 having travelled from the UK. The place was perfect for us with our family including kids aged 10 and 11. The race is a 15 minute walk away, there are plenty of restaurants in the area, a local Walmart and Target and a Starbucks on site.The pools on site are great for the kids and the beach is straight off the back of the hotel. The beach is beautiful and there is plenty of space too. Uber’s are always around so transport is easy without a car. Two big bedrooms and a double sofa bed, good heating system and ceiling fans in the room as well. Comfortable furniture and great showers.I would comfortably stay here again if we were to come back.

Wonderful condo and great hosts

The condo was exactly like the pictures. Clean, comfortable couch and chairs. The balcony was wonderful, great views and sunny. Beds were comfortable and great showers. Kitchen had all the equipment needed to cook anything you’d want. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. The elevators were so quick made it easy to come and go. The beach is right outside providing wonderful sunsets. Enjoyed the heated pool and whirlpool. Love the condo and we’d stay here next time we visit Panama City Beach.

Quick get away

The room was just as described. The beds slept great. Had everything we needed in the room and then some. Chairs. Beach towels. We really didn’t need to bring anything except our clothes. Location was in walking distance to several thing. Elevators very fast. We love the Majestic!

The unit was clean and had the essentials needed. The view from the balcony is awesome, and we even got to see quite a few stingrays. The security and cleaning of Majestic is amazing! This place is amazing! This unit was very clean and tastefully decorated! The view from the balcony is perfect to watch sunsets and we saw sharks, dolphins and rays. The elevators to the 22nd floor are very fast. Security is top notch! The reserved parking spot is very convenient! Close to restaurants and a lot of activities! I would definitely recommend a trip to Shell Island! Avi’s communication is superior and answered all of our questions! We will be back! Thank you Avi for a excellent stay!
