    This bright and cheerful condo has everything you need for a breezy and relaxing vacation. Upon entering, you will discover an open floor plan with beachy decor and comfy furniture throughout. Spread out comfortably in the living room, which is the perfect spot to unwind after perfect days at the beach. Prepare casual meals and tasty beach snacks on the go in the well-appointed kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling glass patio doors lead you to the beachfront patio, which offers a plethora of comfy seating, marvelous vistas, and a BBQ area with a shared gas grill. When it's time to wind down, retreat to any of the inviting suites. The primary bedroom enjoys a flat-panel TV with a DVD player and an en suite bath.

The property was on the beach. Easy access and loved the outdoor shower for easy rinsing off after coming off the beach. The property had one barbecue grill you would have to share with about 8 other families. The bed sheets were not clean. We actually took them off and washed them before sleeping on them. In the kitchen we found a bucket of sand and seashells that a previous occupant must have left. Full kitchen, several dishes to use, dishwasher was handy. Property had three tvs in each bedroom and living room area. I would stay here again because the price and the location was great. Close to pier park and right in the beach is everything we look for when staying.

Stayed 1 night of 4 bc the home wasn’t as advertised. The photos ARE MISLEADING-make the home appear much fresher and better maintained. Homes won’t always have updated finishes, but I expect them to be clean, well taken care of, safe, and well represented. We stayed the 1 night only bc our flight came in after midnight. In our very short time there the issues were glaring. The home was dirty. A thick black dust covered air vent above the bed, thick sand covered the floors after “just being cleaned”, and the walls had visible dirt and streaks. Noticeable safety concerns: the bed frame was broken and the mattress sat on the floor, the patio door wouldn’t lock, difficult and unsafe to operate, the front door security chain had been busted off, and the electrical panel cover was broken and exposed. Before our stay, communication was accessible, although a request for my driver’s license didn’t come until I had no way to back out, which I now see as a safety issue because of this review. After sending pictures of concerns, 6 messages over 4 days and NEVER received a response, apology, or acknowledgment—even after saying we had to find another place. I wasn’t expecting a refund. I just hoped the owners would acknowledge the problem and take responsibility. Instead, silence. I can’t recommend this property. Not being accurately represented, significant cleanliness and safety issues, and the lack of accountability made the disappointment much worse.
