Long weekend in PCB

Spent a long weekend at this property with my wife and 2 teenagers. Great location. Beautiful view. Fantastic value.

We arrived after 4:00 and the cleaners were still there. No problem. We waited. But then when we were let in the floors were wet and there was an awful smell. At first we thought it was dirty mop water but it never went away. It smelled like someone just got a perm in there. It was VERY strong! Then the front toilet would not flush all the way. We used the plunger to see if there was a clog and there wasn’t that we could fix with a plunger so that bathroom was not usable during our stay. Which meant that 7 people had to use one bathroom and wake us up during the night anytime someone had to go. There is no ice in the freezer so make sure to bring some with you. The unit did not feel clean in the bathroom and around the edge of the walls. The kitchen seemed pretty clean. The space was wonderful! Bed sizes were great. Decor was lovely. We messaged twice and called about the toilet and no one ever came. We checked out the next day. Communication was terrible when we had an issue. It was a waste of money. We NEEDED a place with two bathrooms! That’s why we booked it! We will definitely book elsewhere next time. Oh and the pool in the picture? It’s across the street next to the parking garage. The pool by the beach was very crowded, small for the resort size, and the water was gross and full of hair! The tiki hut was cute and the beach was beautiful!

Very good communication. There were some maintenance issues that we reported, they responded promptly and professionally. The entire building is very well maintained. Its a safe place to stay and close to Pier Park.The views were breathtaking. We saw dolphins several times. And, the sunset views from the apartment are so memorable and absolutely amazing. We would stay again.
