While staying at this updated, resort condo, take in fabulous beach views from your private, furnished balcony. The well-equipped, full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, is the perfect place to cook your favorite recipes after fun-filled days at the beach. Dine together with a view at the table for four, and then settle into the living area to watch TV into the evening.

The resort offers three pools to enjoy, tennis courts, and is gated to ensure privacy. You will also enjoy direct, private beach access from the resort as well as the location being just steps from some of the best shopping, dining, and entertainment in the area including Pineapple Willies!

Things to Know
Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 6.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Cute little condo perfect for a couple. We enjoyed the view from the balcony. Loved the sofa with built in recliners. This condo had just about everything we needed for our stay. Also very happy that we were able to rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach!

Friends beach trip

Perfect getaway for couple

Condo used space efficiently. Loved the layout. Had all amenities as described even though we didn't use them, nice to have. Easy beach access and within walking distance from a few select restaurants and stores. Will definitely book this condo again.

Great Weekend Getaway

We arrived on Saturday and there was a large crowd for an event, so lots people and police in the area. We wish the weather had been better misty and foggy all weekend.Room was great, they forgot the shampoo and when mentioned had some delivered quickly. Metal balcony furniture was showing some age, just a mention, not a problem.Only one minor complaint, the liquid soap in the bathroom had been watered down to where it was really just water, had to open a bar to use.Will consider another visit.

This was a lovely condo for couples. Very clean and so cute! The decor was modern and walking in was an experience as the the windows and ocean view was the first thing we were greeted with. The only negative if I had one is the door code was super long lol. Otherwise 10/10 recommend.

Great view

The place was beautifully set up and the bed was very comfy. A few things we were not happy about were - there were no full sized bath towels or shampoo provided and the floors were not vacuumed / full of sand when we arrived. Also, 3 times we could not get into the condo ( one of the times I really had to use the washroom !! ) as the digital code provided to us did not work. Other than that we were overall satisfied with our stay. It was close to the beach and surrounding restos as well!!

Lovely and Convenient

Getting to the beach was really easy and everyone we encountered who worked at the building was really nice. The condo itself was very clean and the kitchen was fully updated. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean but the refrigerator did not work and ruined our entire groceries before we realized. The pillows in the bedroom really need to be upgraded had to stack up three pillows just to get comfort. The owner did a great job renovating just a few minor changes to make this a great place.

Room had a balcony view was good! One working elevator pretty much entire stay but no wait times. The property is older but the room has been renovated. The guy at the gate, George was very nice! The only problem we had was with the fridge, I sent in request to have someone come look at it and no one came. The freezer was getting all the cold air and fridge didn’t cool much at all.
