  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Check out at 11:00 am (Central Time). Guests occupying the property beyond the check-out time without prior approval from Merida Hospitality LLC will be charged a minimum of a $50 late check-out fee.
Place ALL trash in the “Trash Room” across of the condo. Remove any food items from the refrigerator or cabinets Load the dishwasher and start it, so no dishes are left in the sink or unclean.
Please DO NOT strip the bed, leave all the dirty towels on the bathroom floor. Please let us know when you’ve checked out so we can inform housekeeping
