Aquavista 404W is a 2 bed, 2 bath condo located directly on the Gulf only steps away from the beautiful sugar white sands and emerald waters of Panama City Beach. Sleeping arrangements include a king master bedroom, a guest bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing this unit to sleep up to 7 guests comfortably. Free seasonal beach service is included for your convenience as well as additional umbrellas and chairs. Aquavista is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico just steps away from the beautiful sugar-white sands and emerald-green waters of Panama City Beach. With only two eight-story towers and just a short walk to grocery, drugstores, and many other shopping areas, this resort is very popular for its low-density beaches and convenience!

Great

It was nice and clean with a great view. My favorite was that it's not a huge hotel and there wasn't alot of people on our part of the beach unlike on other hotels which were packed. Overall satisfied!
