•Pets are not permitted to maintain allergen-free premises.
•Person booking must be on-site with all accompanying guests.
•Any damaged items or property issues are the responsibility of the primary guest.

•Only permitted animals are allowed on Walton county beaches. Permits are available to Walton County property owners or permanent residents only. Proof of Residency or Property Ownership is necessary to obtain a permit. Permitted dogs are allowed on County beaches between the times of 3:30pm and 8:30am 365 days a year. Beach compliance does patrol county beaches.
