Twin Palms Condo 2003 is a well kept secret vacation destination in beautiful Panama City Beach with views galore from your own gulf front, did I mention the OVER sized balcony and new 75" smart tv? This is a well kept TOP NOTCH Condo located on the beautiful white beaches of the Gulf. I took the time today to enjoy it in the pouring rain! It is so special here at the Hot tub & pool side that are on the gulf side of the building! the gas grills in the picnic area with tables and a bench area facing the beach! the sounds and view of the sandy beach are so amazing!
Enjoy and relax in your own beautifully decorated, fully furnished Condo, with a private king size master bedroom and private bath. Bluetooth speakers in bath exhaust fans, Built in 2 bunks and 2 NEW queen sleeper's for additional guests and second full bath. Can sleep 6 +!   • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Amazing Stay!

Staying in this condo for our annual family vacation was nothing short of blissful. Everything about the stay, ranging from checking in, readily available access to beach / grocery stores nearby, and comfortability, was tremendous. Would definitely recommend this place to others in the future and would stay again in the future!

Parent’s first vacation

My husband and I took a much needed, 6 day vacation to this condo. We enjoyed the location because it wasn’t too busy and the condo was the perfect size for the two of us!

Great Balcony View

This condo has a nice balcony with a great view of the Gulf. The owner was very responsive and communicated with me during our stay. The unit was very clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Balcony View

This condo unit has a great large Balcony too see the most incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico and beautiful sunsets. The pool here is extra large, that was great too. Location is good and central. Unit owner was easy to communicate with and very pleasant. Will definitely stay here again.

The property is exactly as shown but the view is even better in person!! Jim (owner) was great, easy to get in touch with and great to work with. We saw dolphins and sting ray in the water from the balcony..we had a great experience and will absolutely consider returning!!

Sisters Beach Trip

Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, view was spectacular. Jim was quick to respond to any questions and easy to work with. There was never a wait for an elevator, which made it super quick getting to the beach, pool or parking garage. Definitely considering another stay here.

Great location

Loved the condo location and working with Rick. Rick made sure we had all pertinent information the day before arrival and he checked to make sure we were happy the day after arrival. He even let us know we could arrive earlier than the check-in stated time because the unit was ready. The condo has all the basics you want. The large balcony is a dream to sit out on day or night. There are multiple activities within walking distance: pier, Ripley's, Wonder Works and a few shops/restaurants. We loved the ice cream shop across the street for a treat at night. Beach wise - what's not to love. You can rent chairs/umbrellas if needed or enjoy Banana Boat rides/ parasailing. The kiosk for these is near the condo's beach entry. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Comfy condo

This condo was perfect for us. Having two bathrooms was very nice. The master bed was so comfy. We were amazed at the stunning view from the nice-sized balcony. To me, one of the best parts about the condo is its location. The assigned parking is right by the elevator, which is right by the door to the condo. It’s literally steps away from the beach! There were plenty of towels as well. The owner was so kind and shared info about good restaurants etc. Cannot wait to come again!

Gulf front View

Very nice view of the ocean. Large balcony. We observed dolphins and stingrays every day. Also had a manatee swim slowly down the beach. No issues with the property. Good for a couple or a family of 4-6. Bring binoculars for the best experience. The owner was wonderful to deal with. Went around Thanksgiving, no crowds.

Family Thanksgiving

First I want to say the owner was so helpful and quick to respond to my questions which was wonderful. His place and the view was beautiful! The condo is cute and clean! The view was so perfect! The first thing we all did was enjoy the beautiful sunset. The owner did not ask us to clean before we left but we still did the dishes and took the trash out. The only draw back was I thought it was a two bedroom but it still accommodated us nicely and I spend some quality time with my daughters watching movies and cooking together. I will definitely come back. Thank you Jim for sharing your place with us.

Nice condo

Condo is in a great location in Panama City Beach. Communication with owner was very easy. Check in was very easy. Condo is right on the beach with beautiful ocean views. I would return. A few issues / considerations: -Condo living area is pretty small, so staying any length of time with more than 2 guests could feel cramped. -Condo AC unit doesn't work very well. It is partially controlled by a door sensor that doesn't always seem to work correctly. There are times during the day when the AC would be full blast and cool, and then at night it would cut off periodically and get really stuffy. -There are a few things that need updated. The patio furniture is older and some of it is rusted / wobbly. The mattress probably needs to be replaced - it's fine, but the coils are a bit worn. The shower curtains are dirty / mildewed at the bottom. Overall, the condo is furnished well, but could use a spruce up.
