This was a great house and sooooo convenient to the beach! Only issue—top floor shower drain took a while to drain out. Otherwise—great house, and we had a blast!

Ideal Location/Property

We loved the house! It is in a great location with just a short walk to the beach, and the bikes were awesome. The shared pool was nice as well. The property management came due to a “complaint”, which was weird considering there were 3 kids and no music…maybe we weren’t the preferred guests. Other than that, it was quiet and peaceful.

Inlet Beach

Great location with Publix and restaurants close by. Home is fairly new with 4 bedrooms and very nice bathrooms. Two problems. 1) no king size bed. 2) non-existent coverings on windows, or not sufficient. Everyone in the home will be up with the sun around 6 am.

This property is great. It’s not my favorite place I have stayed at n 30 A, but it’s one of the top. Every bathroom was luxurious and so many beds for people to be comfortable. The walk to the beach is easy, so location was great for kids. The pool is very small, but I’m grateful we had the pool. The only negative is that online the pictures show the outside upper deck with a grill area, but it’s locked up and doesn’t work. Part of the reason we booked the place was because of that space. However, I would definitely rent this space again.

Best place for family!

We loved the location and the fact that we could bike about anywhere for anything was GREAT! Beach was very nice and private. Car ride to anything was less than 10 minutes. Wonderful for a family that has kids of all ages. Bikes and closeness of the town square was wonderful for them!
