***Up to 2 vehicles are allowed per unit, per stay....NO EXCEPTIONS. The cost is $50 PER CAR, PER STAY. You will be sent information on how to register your vehicles in your welcome email after your booking request has been accepted. Information on self-pay offsite parking will also be provided for guests needing additional parking.***

We purchased this beautiful beachfront condo to be our home away from home. We only wanted the best, which is why we chose Aqua. This 8th floor unit is a perfect height, and is great for viewing dolphins as they swim across the gulf. We have also reserved 2 padded beach chairs with umbrella that are FREE for our guests (March 15 through October 31).

As you enter the beautiful lobby, you will find waterfalls that lead to 2 fabulous outdoor pools; 1 pool is an indoor/outdoor heated pool (in season). The 2 oceanfront pools are surrounded by palm trees and tropical lush landscaping. Enjoy a refreshing drink or wonderful snack at the poolside Tiki Bar (2 flat screen TVs in this area).

There is a fantastic workout room that overlooks the ocean. And don’t forget about the sauna/steam room and large hot tub for relaxation. Aqua also has 2 nice and clean Holland gas grills that are poolside, 6 elevators (2 in parking garage/4 in main building), and WiFi.

Enjoy true luxury in our 3 bedroom/3 bath condo which offers a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker. This unit also includes a full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a brand new king Sleep Number bed and large master bathroom with huge garden tub and separate glass-enclosed shower with double vanity.

Maximum occupancy is six adults and two children.

The other 2 bedrooms have queen beds. All beds have comfortable new mattresses and bedding, and all bedrooms have their own flat screen TV and beautiful décor. In addition, the sofa folds out to a queen size bed. Enjoy fabulous views of the gulf from the balcony.

This unit includes dining table and barstools, which provide plenty of room when dining in. Want to stay connected to friends while on vacation? Our unit also provides high speed internet.

While you may not want to leave Aqua, there are plenty of other things to do while on the west end of Panama City Beach. The new spectacular Pier and Pier Park are within walking distance with many well known restaurants, coffee shops, boutique stores, department stores, Grand Theatre, and carousel and train rides for the kids. Gulf World is also within walking distance and is a family favorite.

This 3 bed/3 bath condo is gorgeous! The views of the ocean, pier, and sunsets from the balcony were stunning. I would highly recommend renting this property…it’s so close to everything fun and exciting. Michael was wonderful to work with. He always answered promptly to any of my questions.

Stayed for three weeks, wish it could have been longer. We had one problem - the coffee pot wouldn't work. I called and Michael had a new one delivered in about 2 hours. Amazing service and a wonderful place to stay.

Our Home Away From Home

This was our second year in a row of staying in Michael’s condo and once again, it did not disappoint. The layout is perfect for three couples, the location is perfect-close to everything, and the amenities were plentiful! The best Condo in PCB!

Perfect Beach Week

This was our first time traveling to the Gulf side of Florida and it will not be our last! The condo, beach, and ocean were all perfect and exceeded our expectations. The condo had everything we needed and was clean, organized, and the perfect size for us. From booking, to checking in, to checking out, everything was smooth and easy. Family Vacation

This property was perfect for us. We had a difficult time finding a layout that worked for us as we were 3 adult couples and one infant. This property had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and was overall a decent size. The bed in the master was a king sleep number. After staying there a week, my husband says we a buying one for home! We we so pleased that we are booking again for next year!

Exceptional!

We brought our two teenage daughters and they both brought friends. This location was PERFECT! Walking distance to anywhere you want to go! The check-in process was super easy! Perfect set up and had everything you needed! The owners were always available by phone if we had any questions! We had one maintenance issue but the owners had it taken care of right away! Would definitely recommend to anyone!!
