Great for a stay

Clean, easy, really good location beautiful view Close to baseball fields if you’re down there for a baseball tournament. Opposite end of all the spring breakers.

Great location

Loved the view and the location. Beds were comfortable. Recommend a baking sheet and more spoons (there were only 2 for eating). Overall great stay!

Convenient to shops and restaurants beautiful views and super service

Everything was perfectly maintained very clean to be able to walk right out onto the beach was a great bonus. The location of the condo is perfect easy to get in and out of the garage and convenient to the restaurant and shops and attractions all up and down the strip. We had one of our best vacations ever thanks to Warren beach rentals for helping us

Great Place !

Aqua 410 offers awesome views of the water as well as day (kid) and evening (adult) entertainment right within walking distance. The pier park is a little bit of a walk but definitely doable! Warren Beach Rentals communicated excellently before, during, and after our vacation. Thank you for a wonderful family and friends vacation.

Fantastic, Would Recommend

Super easy stay! Lots of communication. Clean room, great views, everything you need for your stay right there. Great location within the resort….close to elevators and trash chute. Walking distance to Pier Park, restaurants, shops, Walmart and Target. Perfect place to stay in PCB!

Good location

Location was good. Property could have been cleaner. Fronts of cabinets, fans and doors need to be cleaned. A lot of the electrical plugs did not work. Dishes in the cabinets were dirty with food on them.

Best Visit EVER

We travel to PCB every year and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed. The location was perfect. Walking distance to SO many restaurants. The view was breathtaking and my family and I loved it. Concise and clear communication with the owners at all times. We absolutely cannot wait to come visit 410 again!

The unit was just as described and the view was beautiful. Our only complaint was the agitator in the washer ruined our Peflagic UPF shirts with lots of black grease stains we couldn’t get out. We did notify the property manager who offered us some monetary relief off of our next stay. It unfortunately doesn’t assist with replacing our clothing at this point but as long as the washer issue is addressed, we will absolutely keep this unit on our list for future stays.

Great 4th of July vacation

We stayed here on the week of the 4th. PCB is a little crowded during that time, but this condo was in the perfect location. We were able to walk to a lot of restaurants and pier park. The condo was awesome and had plenty of amenities. It also included beach chairs for the whole week which was nice. I would definitely rent from this place again

Perfect Beach Getaway

This condo was a great spot for our first visit to PCB! The condo was very clean and comfortable. We felt right at home during our stay. The view of the beach was stunning and we enjoyed the many amenities of the condo. The location is perfect as it is close to the pier and many restaurants. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Wonderful Stay

Everything was just as expected and described in listing. Place was clean and exactly as shown in pictures.Beach chair service was great!Mitch responded almost immediately to questions. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a week and the unit was great! Had an ac issue that was addressed right away. Great location! Other than not having an umbrella with our paid chair set up for the last three days (wind conditions), very hot, it was wonderful

Perfect trip

We enjoyed everything about this condo and staying at Aqua. It was across the street from surf shops/restaurants/bar/liquor store. It’s a short walk from the parking garage to the actual condo. The grocery store was a quick 2-3 minute drive with no traffic. We will definitely be back next year.

Great stay. Property was great only one very minor complaint. Which is the shower head in the master bath needed some tending to. Other than that our stay was excellent!!! Property was clean with unforgettable view!!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The fourth floor location was great. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing that I didn’t like was the sofa.
