Family Vacation

We had our extended family of 15 people stay with us. Was a great house with lots of space and close proximity to the beach. House was very nice with great amenities. The owner was also very responsive to all of our questions.

We had an amazing stay! The house was great & clean. Had all the things we needed plus more! Enough room for everyone. The whole family really enjoyed it!! Great communication with the owner/property manager every time I had questions before and during our stay!

Golf weekend

8 Middle Aged guys, everyone had their own bedroom, nice communal areas. Property was well maintained and owner was great to work with.

Beautiful home

This was a great spot for a friends reunion. Plenty of bedrooms and lots of open gathering spaces. The neighborhood is beautiful and the beach very private.

Gorgeuous house in beautiful Watersound

The house was great, beds were comfortable and the beach was a short walk away. It was perfect for an adults only trip because everyone had their own space. We enjoyed the pool and the golf cart and would happily retlnt this house again.

WaterSound Beach Villa

Very nice, well designed beach home. Views of the private pool from multiple rooms provide for privacy, viewing the vertical water feature and safety. Interiors are modern and elegant. This is the By design, the interiors and layout are perfect for a group of couples or friends.

Wow. Just...Wow

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was amazing - so close to the beach and community pool, close proximity to The Hub, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, etc., and was so quiet and comfortable being in a gated community. We also loved being right across the street from Bruno's, a great pizza joint with live music and a stellar lunch buffet. The house was equally great, and accommodated our large group (16 at one point) very well, with ages from mid-60s to 5 years old. Comfortable beds, large bathrooms and kitchen, great seating areas, a lovely back porch and pool. Lastly, the host was super communicative and helpful. Would definitely book again.

Perfect Vacation Home

Our family - 8 adults and 5 children - stayed here for the second time - everything was perfect. The home is spacious and clean - massive kitchen was nice for our crowd. We liked gathering in the shaded area out by the pool (with a cool water feature). Golf cart was a great asset to cart our team to the beach and pool. The community pool was fun and had a great grill for lunch. Another relaxing vacation in the books. Thank you!!!

A wonderful family time

The house is gorgeous and the owner was so gracious when we had questions. Everyone had a place of their own. The pool was probably the "highlight" of the day....coming back from the ocean, they could still sit by the pool to relax. The gourmet kitchen was wonderful for meal prep. We had such a wonderful time. thanks again and again.

Watersound Magic

Great home (spacious) in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Golf cart was a must so thank you for providing. We loved the pool and outdoor seating area. Kitchen lacked a few basics - drinking glasses - and outdoor friendly dishes but we totally made do. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. WiFi was a bit spotty was all - our whole family thoroughly enjoyed this little slice of Heaven!!

Perfect girls weekend getaway

This house is such a gem in a beautiful community. It was so nice having our group of girls be able to all stay under one roof and have all the amenities to suit everyone’s needs. The kitchen is spectacular and well appointed. The pool is lovely. The community is fantastic and the house comes with a golf cart to explore the grounds. You aren’t able to leave the neighborhood in the golf cart, but that was fine for us. The beds were comfy and spacious. We had no complaints and would love to come back. Our only feedback was that we didn’t see until check in that the house does not include beach towels (plenty of beach chairs and a small cooler, however) so make sure to bring your own. Thanks for having us! Your home is wonderful.

80th Bday Bash !

Our stay in this beautiful home was terrific for our group. The 8 bedroom set up w/ private baths was perfect with plenty of privacy. The young adults stayed in the carriage house and were able to do their own thing late at night as to not disturb the main house . The home was beautifully furnished , linens were very nice , everything was clean and very comfortable. The gated community was beautiful and amenities were top notch. Complimentary Use of the golf cart & bikes were great additions. One suggestion would be to add hooks in the bathrooms for towels especially to dry after showering . We will return!

Quick Family Trip

Our stay at this beautiful home was too short but lovely! This is a great house for larger parties of adults. It seems a little unfinished as there are some lingering details that need to be addressed. Other reviews have indicated such as well. Towel hooks in bathrooms, hanging cables for TVs that haven’t been mounted yet, paper window coverings. BUT, the home is beautiful, very conveniently located and equipped with great cooking utensils and appliances. Having the golf cart came in so handy. We definitely recommend this property.

Business Group Retreat

This house is beautiful and very clean. We had 6 couples stay here and everyone had their own room and master bath. We didn’t even need to use the guest house over the garage. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Every room was beautifully decorated and the bathrooms were huge. The kitchen is well equipped with two dishwashers, plenty of dishes and cookware. It was made to entertain large groups. The living room was super comfy with lots of seating for everyone to gather. We also had plenty of dining space between the dining room table, island bar, and porch. The community is beautiful with wooded trails throughout and easy access to the beach. It is very close to Seaside and wonderful restaurants. The Big Chill is within walking distance and is a great place to grab a meal out. Linda was very easy to reach if we needed anything and even offered to bring us ice when I let her know the ice maker wasn’t working. We loved our stay at this beautiful home! Even though we were “working” while here, it was easy to feel like we were in vacation mode.
