6th Floor Wrap Around Balcony End Unit, w 2 parking spots. Spectacular Views!!

Highly desirable, premium inside corner wrap around balcony end unit in the Shores of Panama!! 2 units available, one on the 6th floor, one on the 8th floor. Same floor plan and views, convenient access between the units with the stair case nearby. Great location in Panama City Beach next to world famous 'Pineapple Willy's' and nearby Pier Park. Many upgraded amenities including Stainless Appliances, Full Washer/Dryer, Flat Screen TVs, sofa sleeper; all Bedrooms have Flat Screen TVs, and many other quality furnishings. One of only a few end units featuring a large wrap around balcony with a Great Room which has 2 floor to ceiling Patio Doors (Gulf View) & (Lagoon Pool View) with views of the sandy Gulf Coast, spectacular sunsets and the pool deck. Our unit is conveniently located next to the stair case for easy access to the pool, hot tub or beach without a lengthy elevator wait!

The great room was designed with your comfort in mind. A beautiful sofa sleeper is a great place to relax after a day at the pool or beach. We have added a new 40' LCD TV and dining table for extra comfort.

The spacious master bedroom has a King Size bed with Sealy pillow top mattress and luxurious sheets that offers the most comfortable nights sleep. The Master Suite has a separate private door to the balcony, a wall mounted 32' LCD TV for your viewing pleasure and the convenience of a beautiful full private bath with granite counters and tile floor.

Our kitchen is equipped to tempt your culinary skills. Granite counter tops, smooth top stove and upgraded stainless steel appliances are provided to make you feel at home. In addition to the dining table there are 4 bar stools around the kitchen snack bar.

The guest bedroom has a Sealy pillow top queen mattress and luxurious sheets for a comfortable nights sleep. We have added a wall mounted 32' LCD TV. The guest suite has a private bath with shower and laundry facilities with a large washer and dryer.

The Bunk room has a door for added privacy, a wall mounted LCD TV and private bathroom.

The Shores of Panama has one of the largest pools in all of Florida, nearly 20,000 square foot of lagoon pool and outdoor hot tub featuring waterfalls, fountains, two tiki bars, and exotic tropical landscaping. There is also a large, heated indoor pool & hot tub, a fitness center, and a Full Service Spa. The Shores of Panama was created to be more like a resort than just another box with a pool along the beach.

Pier Park, a mega family entertainment, restaurant and shopping development is only 4 miles away.

To insure your perfect vacation we offer many extra amenities with our condo: ceiling fans, granite counter tops, upgraded light fixtures, **wireless internet**, and reserved parking. Don't forget the pub height table and chairs on the balcony to view the gorgeous sunset without looking through rails.

This is our 3rd stay in this condo. Absolutely stunning views. Mornings and nights on the balcony are unforgettable. Parking is on the same floor so you don't have to worry about elevator traffic. There is also a staircase right next to the condo for quick access to pool and beach. Russ is very accommodating and responds immediately if needed. I can't recommend enough!

Family trip

The unit was as pictured and we enjoyed our stay. The reason for the 4 on location was only for the parking lot but we were thankful we had two dedicated parking spots.

Amazing Condo

This condo is perfect. The location is amazing, it is well appointed, clean, and beautiful. The convenience of the two parking spots on the same level cannot be overstated. The owner is great and checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. If you are looking to stay at the Shores of Panama, I definitely recommend this unit.

Family Vacation

We had a great time on our family vacation. The condo was in a great location and very clean. Russ was sure to call and check on us upon arrival and after departure. He was available for any need during our stay. I would highly recommend this unit for any future vacation.

Beautiful condo -- awesome ocean view

Wonderful condo with endless views of the Gulf of Mexico! Condo is in a great location with restaurants and Walmart all within walking distance. Check-in process is easy and if you have any concerns the owner is easily accessed and will resolve any issue you might have. This vacation spot with its beautiful beach and pool is unbeatable!

Amazing balcony! Great communication!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the nice large wrap around balcony where we ate our breakfast every morning. The owner kept in contact with us to make sure our stay was perfect and there were no issues. Highly recommend this unit. Thanks for a great vacation!

Nice Stay for a weekend getaway!

The unit is great! Very clean, and it has all of the things you would need whether it’s for a quick weekend getaway, or a week long vacation. The bed was very comfortable in the master, and the views were awesome! Also loved that Pineapple Willys was right next door. Great location on the strip away from all of the crazy traffic! The only con was the parking garage situation, as it was a bit hectic parking to check in and the garage is very busy and tight. This is pretty common, however, in a lot of the parking garages in pcb. Would definitely stay here again though!

Best location in the resort! Great owners.

This was our second year to stay at this resort but first time in this unit. This is one of the best locations in the condo. View of beach and pool with wrap around balcony. Right next to stairwell so can take it to the beach easily. Owners parking spot is right next to door of garage and easy to walk to. The owners were super responsive throughout our stay. He even called after we checked in to see if all was good. Well stocked condo with slow cooker, toaster, blender, kcup/regular coffee maker and lots of cooking utensils/pots etc. plenty of towels and toilet paper. Was missing bar soap. Bring your own. Did have laundry detergent too. Even provided beach towels and toys. Lots of space! Will be returning again next year!

Perfect Stay for Our 21st Wedding Anniversary!

My spouse and I recently celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary at the Shores of Panama , and it was an unforgettable experience. Our room was perfect in every way. The room was immaculate and very welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view. Our room overlooked both the ocean and the pool, providing us with stunning scenery day and night. It was incredibly relaxing to wake up to the sight of the ocean and wind down in the evening with the pool lights shimmering below. We had no issues at all during our stay, which made our time even more enjoyable and stress-free. Overall, our stay here exceeded all our expectations. Our Unit was the ideal choice for our special celebration, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to mark our anniversary. We highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, and welcoming place to stay, especially for a special occasion. We will definitely be back!

Beach AND Pool View

This 6th floor corner condo provided a beautiful unobstructed view of the beach AND the pool area. The condo was clean and comfortable. Russ even gave us a call to be sure we had everything we needed. The stairs leading directly to the pool and beach were conveniently just outside our door - no waiting for elevators necessary. Parking spot was right at the entrance to the 6th floor - couldn’t have been much closer. This is a large resort, thus, a little bit of a walk along an exterior walkway to get from the parking garage on the street side all the way to the beach side unit. We paid $100 total for our wristbands upon entering the parking deck the first day. The only amenities we used were the beach, pool, parking deck, and the unit itself. Felt confident of our safety in the condo as there was ALWAYS a security person at the entrance from the beach and at the entrance/exit to parking garage (checking wristbands). The beach after dark, on the other hand, was sketchy. Each night, from our balcony, we watched as police attempted to break up some of the nefarious activities on the beach. NONE of that was seen ON the resort property. Daytime on the beach was crowded but very family friendly. We had to be a bit aggressive (and early) about securing our spot on the beach and spent nearly all of our day time hours there. Simple, efficient, and perfect vacation. Although I prefer the quieter west side of pcb, I would do this condo unit again.

Great place to stay, highly recommend

The condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of room and very comfortable. The pictures online were accurate. The view from the living room is breathtaking from the south window facing the gulf and the west window facing the pool and shoreline. Will try to rent same condo if we come next year.

Amazing

Russ has one of the nicest places I’ve seen. The view is amazing. My wife and I enjoyed every minute of our visit. Russ was an amazing host and answered any question I had immediately. The condo was well appointed was one of most relaxing places that I visited. Location is close to shopping and many beachside restaurants. Looking forward to returning to paradise soon.

Our room was very nice. The view was great. But if you plan to stay in this condo, be prepared to walk a lot. After we got off the elevator, I did not think we would ever make it to the room. Not an easy condo building to get around in.

had issues with parking our truck is lifted wouldnt fit in parking spot staff little rude about it only other issues was the massive parties outside our condo till 3am which we could hear everything other than that beautiful place and clean
